What a lovely girl! I'm so glad you have made this channel gorgeous girl, I can remember when growing up, and watching my mum cook, looking back at the way she cooked I know that my mum ( and her mum) really didn't know what was good for us, our parents didn't have the knowledge that we have today, to eat a certain way and certain food makes a huge difference. Thank you for this video.. i like how you relate to Ayurveda often.. in Islam we are taught by our beloved prophet Muhammad pbuh that 1/3 of our stomach/appetite should be for food, the other third for water (45 mins-1hr before or after our meal, that too sitting down and drinking) and the remaining 1/3 for air. It makes such perfect sense.🤎
My lunch should be super light, animal product free and super low in fat. Something like salad or veggie soup. Otherwise, 2-3 pm crush is guaranteed. Eating a light lunch helps me to stay awake and energized throughout the remaining working hours.
Great info. As per Ayurveda, the most important aspect when it comes to food is timing - when you eat. Breakfast between 8-8:45am is considered optimal. Lunch at noon, and Dinner/Supper at 6pm.

Thanks for the reimders with Ayurveda infused thoughts, want to get to preparing food with love, I just prepare food.
What a nicely done video. Excellent points which are so common sensical yet we never seem to remember them or put them to practice. Great job! Seeing you smile throughout is extremely gratifying.

carbs absorb fast as in those from a desert which causes an insulin spike which causes those sugars to instantly store as fat. this woman has no clue about the science of carbs fats and proteins
@@ll-nm4fw could you please explain further?
This is actually my lifestyle in general. Happy to know people are trying this out. I changed to this lifestyle 1 years back when covid hit and was in lockdown, it changed my life in a very healthy way.
Lovely 👌🏻 Greetings from Scotland 😊 Have a wonderful day everyone 🌻😍
Best wishes to u from India. These are the things an Indian women do inculcate into their children..happy that u r spreading d word
I have never understood that water one. What about when you have soup or soup-y dishes like daal, sambar, any kind of dish with a lot of 'rassa'??? Are they slowing down your digestion too?
SOME PEOPLE ARE LIKE SUNSHINE.
AND RADHI IS AT TOP IN MY LIST !!
So basically I need to eat using the Islamic tradition. MashaAllah 😍
I was thinking the same this is the islamic way
Thank you for sharing this useful and very helpful tips. It is very much relatable because this is a practice that is to be applied in Islam. I look forward to more of your lovely videos
One of the reasons I like watching your videos is, I love the person that you are... So cute and adorable ❤
All of these things that she mentioned is the sunnah of our prophet Mohammad (PBUH).. Masha Allah he taught us 1400 years ago the etiquettes of eating ❤️
Wow, you're 1400 years old??! damnn
Ayurveda exists lot more before 1400 year ago 😂😂😂😂 get a life and stop spreading your propaganda 😠😠😠😠😡
@@premshankarjha8798 why the hate?? Its not propaganda, its called Islam and its teaching. So arrogant of you think that you know better than God's Holy Prophet. Who do you think you are. We all have one God and everything ultimately stems from God whether you want to call it ayervedic or whatever. Btw, how do you know it exits Before 1400 haha, you really Think you know better than our holy Prophet, sent by God Himself? Go educatie urself from your ignorante pls.
@@premshankarjha8798 Plsss have respect for other people's religion and beliefs, it wont kill ya. We as Muslims are taught by our religion to respect everyone's beliefs and not discriminate and see everyone as our equal but here you r spreading hate and critizing a peaceful religion you know nothing about, shame on you.
@@lailaqadr2305 exactly islam teaches ypu people to respect others right
And also it is a very peaceful religion wow
Good

Whole world knows what your islam is ok

This is changing my life. I started implementing few of these rules and hope to adopt all of them by the end of this month
1450 yrs ago.. Our prophet said these.. You should start it much before than now.. 👍👍
Bdw.. Time had not end now.. Start sis.. All the Best👍👍👍👍
Even though I'm not Indian, I've always been attracted to the culture, beautiful clothes, and bollywood movies. I'm a Hmong American from the Pacific northwest.
I'm writing this since you said to leave a comment so you get to know us lol
Love your videos and I would love a vlog if you're up for it. Stay safe.
Thank you for your videos!💞 Yes, I have noticed that food prepared with love is a lot lot better, putting good intentions and care helps a lot, it is like a little ritual.
Dont sit down straight after eating_ thats literally me, a couch potatoe!!
You fill my soul with your positive attitudes. I love you Radhi~
It is recommended in Islam to stop eating at 3/4 full too! 🥰
Hi Radhi. I am just a mom and loves to cook vegan food for my daughter who turned into Vegan. I love your recipes. Keep educating us more. Thank you so much.
All these is in our indian culture.... from many many years. Good for u all too got to know our Ayurveda. And thank u for spreading it...so our indian new generations could follow ... as they follow western culture alot. 🙏
Hi, woke up at 1:30 am . I saw this video and learned a lot . I'm doing intermittent fasting right know, but I want to pass it on to some friends that are having trouble getting weight off. Thank you , great job. Love you and your husband. A beautiful couple. 😁😊🥰😍🙏
Love from India. I always get inspired and motivated by your thoughts and learnings. Thank you so much.
This video is so great!! I was happy to know I follow quite a lot of these but I know I need to calm down on my overeating haha and dessert first is a bit of a game changer ...
Hi, I have been familiar with several of these practices and by far, the hardest for me is eating slowly. I love when I can slow down, I am better around company but I live alone. Will keep at it. Second biggest challenge is eatting till 3/4 full. Seems If I can work on the former issue the later will improve. Thanks for the reimders with Ayurveda infused thoughts, want to get to preparing food with love, I just prepare food.
Very informative!! My daughters (8 yr n 6 yr) also enjoy watching your videos. You’re truly an inspiration to everyone!! We love you Radhi 💕💛
What a nicely done video. Excellent points which are so common sensical yet we never seem to remember them or put them to practice. Great job! Seeing you smile throughout is extremely gratifying.
Thank you for sharing some of them not knowing there was beneficial if I was doing anyway. I always stop eating before being full. Ironically as I was eating my breakfast I was watching your video. So I have to change and be more present in my eating. 🙏🏾
Wonderful conscious food mindsets that I truly will be starting to follow! Especially number one, I would LOVE to stop eating until I’m full🎶
Oooops, I started watching this as I was having my dessert, right before dinner. Excellent tips, many thanks lovely Radhi 🙏🏻❤️🌷
I liked this video a lot. Most of these tips I already knew from researching ayurvedic traditions. Thank you for the reminders.
