Thank you a million Professor, for this gorgeous tutorial video; for being your own teaching assistant and our role model. Coach Fares' actions speak even louder than 'Happy Swimming' : )

Thanks for the great video! I would have a question on warming up and stretching. After we had a training in the gym and we immediately or after few minutes continue with the swimming session. Is it recommended in that case to do a static stretching after we finish with the gym and before entering in the water or we don't need to do so? Do we leave in this situation static stretching for the time after we finish with the swimming session or not? Thanks in advance!

One note - static streches always get our body and mind into "relaxed mode". We cool down, lower the heart rate and try to calm down our nervous system so no static streches between this two activities.

Example - I work as a pool lifeguard and swimming instructor. My former clinet did this mistake (I was teaching swimming his son). One day he did the gym workout and right after that he came swimming. Adult person with slight overweight. After 10 maybe 15 minutes the dizzyness showed up. Luckly he came quickly out of the water to breath freely. We put him on our couch to relax and pomp some blood to the brain. Luckly it was all of that and no more interventions or equipment was required. After few moments he felt fine but the swimming was over that day for him.

One more example - almost the same situation - young boy (18 maybe 19 years old). "After gym session situation" - he came right after the gym to swim. But that is not all. After around 20 or 30 minutes he decided to take one shot of sauna/bath session! That was not good idea for him. He went out of sauna just in 3 or 4 minutes feeling bad with all of his face red and pumped! Heart rate was way more faster than it should be! One more important thing - it tured out that he took some dose of supplements before all of this! What kind of supplements? He did not tell. So swimming after the gym is not recommended!☝️☝️

I noticed: earlier this day - best tilt - releases the - spinal / pelvis psi - i.e. dolphin kick. Ok, here! He cannot be - that vysique - the matter of, his expertise proves. It sucks, the body - blocks 90deg! Hence; makes it hard - and think rotate - turn. Medley orders.

Knees over your toes is a natural movement and safe to do. It has been taught knees in alignment to middle toe and drop back, latest sports science has debunked that range of movement. Not knocking your channel but the advice on strength training and movements were not correct.

Thanks for sharing! Every swimmer has different flexibility, mobility and anatomy. The key is staying in balance - and this instruction will keep beginners from improper movements that cause imbalances :)

@@FaresKsebati I was stating the education information and demonstration of the exercises. Just my point of view. I like your channel and coaching style. Sports science changes rapidly and challenging to keep up with everything, just saw some of your education needed some updating, just a heads up!

Sooo right. Loook at our walkig down or up the stairs - the knee pases the toes so it is natural movement in human body.
