Until I discovered the voice of Mario Lanza I couldn’t understand this kind of music and had no interest in it but I quickly realized what I was missing and now I’m hooked!
Same. I lost my dad 5 months ago. Lanza was his favorite as well. I'm going home next week to pack up things I left in the basement and items of his including all of his vinyl.
On top of my favorites was always Pavarotti. Now since 1 month i have been roaming TH-cam for songs of ML. I have one of these Surrounding music systems in my car and i have learned to appreciate his talent, wether it is English or Italian. He is now my absolute number 1.
