Ron Wyatt had a whole team out there in the 80s and they discovered petrified wood and iron rivets and they used ground penetrating radar that proved it was a wooden structure with ribs. The Turkish Government shut down the site after that. I would suggest studying Ron Wyatt's videos on it. He is actually the Man who discovered the site.

As he said, Fasold scanned it, and you can see the top portion of the remains. Underneath is a massive structure with a bottom formation of a vessel. Some steps lead to different levels of the boat and a blasted-out hole on the side where previously someone was trying to hack out a portion. There is a film on this here on TH-cam.

    • @alanthompson8515
      @alanthompson8515 ปีที่แล้ว +9

Wow! Reality is based upon "a film on this here on TH-cam". Well, your "reality" might be but most OP prefer science.
Did you, for instance, realise that Fasold's so called drogue or anchor stones are all made from a distinctive local volcanic rock? One not found elsewhere? Now just think about that for a second. If you wish to take the Genesis account literally, you now have to accept that something like the following three act drama took place:
Act 1. (Somewhere in Mesopotamia, NOT Turkey!)
      Noah: Ham! Come over here.
Ham: Aw, Dad. Hang on. I’m busy making this termite proof cage.
Noah: That can wait until we find two termites (or is it seven?). This is urgent!
Ham: OK, Dad, here I am.
Noah: Right. We need anchor stones to drag behind the Ark to keep it steady. Big flat slabs with a hole in the top for a cable. Got it?
Ham: Yep. How many and how big?
Noah: About half a dozen and around 3 or 4 cubits high.
Ham: Whew! I’ll need a cart then?
Noah: Yes, and about three months supplies.
Ham: Three months! How frigging far away do I have to go?
Noah: Now don’t get stroppy! The Lord Himself has told me where to go to get them.
Ham: Well, sorry. You could have said. Where is it?
Noah: The mountains of Ararat. Up north somewhere. Keep going uphill, lad, you’ll find them.
Ham: Oh, right. Urgent, you said?
Noah: Urgent. Why don’t you take that termite cage? It’ll help pass the time.
Act 2. (The mountains of Ararat, disembARKation time)
Ham: Bye bye, little termites! Phew! Hey, Dad, I think that’s the last of them.
Noah: Wassat? Oh, OK. Well done. Come ashore and help with this altar.
Ham: Wow! It’s great to stand on dry land again!
Noah: Stop gazing around and help. Ham? What’s up?
Ham: (slowly) You won’t believe this, but I’ve been here before…….
Act 3. (Heaven, looking down at Act 2)
God: Snn, snn, snn! Look at his face! That was one of my better ones.
Satan (see Job 1 v6ff): Most droll, Lord. However, I detect distinct undertones of dissatisfaction amongst the younger survivors, notably Ham. After all, a year spent shovelling, you’ll pardon the term Lord, sh*t and breathing f*rts is no holiday.
God: Better than glug, glug, glug, glug! If you get my meaning.
Satan: Well, of course Lord. That was most entertaining. Though I can’t help but wonder at Your choice of method. Surely a simple: “Let there be DEATH!” would have sufficed?
God: Boring! No fun. Not memorable enough. Those evil b*stards had it coming. And watching all their animals and crops drown…
Satan: …and their children too, Lord?
God: Exactly! And all their little babbies! Um, where was I? Oh yes! …..was about the most terrifying death I could think of. Not worshipping ME? Ha! They won’t try THAT again!
Satan (to himself): Hmm. I wouldn’t be too sure about that!
(To be fair, only Acts 1 and 2 are strictly relevant here, but WTH).

Ron Wyatt was a huckster. He hustled businessmen and television producers who invested money into Wyatt Archaeological Research for film rights. There were many of thousands of dollars invested in WAR. None of those who invested this money ever saw a shred of verifiable scientific evidence substantiating Wyatt's claims. Where is an actual professional laboratory report from the blood sample analysis of what Wyatt claimed was the blood of Jesus Christ? Where IS the alleged Ark of the Covenant? Which museum is housing the ancient chariot wheels he claimed to have from from the Red Sea Crossing? There is no reliable empirical evidence because his videos were a fraud. On the Noah's Ark video, none of the so-called scientific "data" can be duplicated, a clear sign that said data was false data. Additionally, a major warning of pseudoarchaeology includes discoveries pitched directly to the media. The pseudoarchaeologist knows his or her claim will not stand up to scrutiny by actual archaeologists nor is it likely their sketchy "data" will ever pass the peer review requirements of an independent science journal, so it gets pitched directly to the media.

This is the Durupinar site named after the Turkish Army Captain who identified this from an aerial photo taken in 1959. It has been well researched and is a natural rock formation formed by natural geological processes
The conman the late Ron Wyatt, who claimed to have discovered all sorts of biblical artefacts but could never produce any evidence claimed he discovered this was the remains of the Ark when it had been well established it was just a natural feature and claimed to have found wood and nails etc at the site which conveniently he could never produce just like his other claims.
There are other claims over a structure on Mount Ararat as being the remains of the Ark but this is another con job and what wood has been found proved to be quite modern - The Chinese team produced a video which claimed it was the ark but it was just another fake video.

There's literally no way Noah's Ark is real, from feeding the animals, to the fact it was supposedly built by 8 unskilled family members, the fact that wooden ships can't even be built that big and successfully sail since the ocean twists it apart due to the wood, how people managed to get to the Americas despite the flood supposedly killing everyone, how animals also managed to get there, how there's no way 2 of every animal and insect that exists was aboard being taken care of by 8 people for an entire year with no fresh water available. It just in no way could make any sense.

Ancient volcanic deposits have been unearthed to reveal Bronze Age artifacts and human remains beneath.

Dear Friend, I’d like to share with you true Bible information regarding the location of Noah’s Ark. Note: Noah’s ark was very long and rectangle.
The Bible reveals that Noah’s ark “came to rest on the mountains of Ararat.” (Genesis 8:4) The region of Ararat includes the prominent peak now called Mount Ararat in eastern Turkey, near the borders of Armenia and Iran.
It is only natural for explorers and speculators to single out the highest peak in the region. However, the Scriptures do not specify that God arranged for the ark to come to rest on the very top of Mount Ararat, which is today a frigid and lofty mountain peak nearly three miles [5 km] above sea level. Remember, Noah and his family lived aboard the ark for several months after it landed. (Genesis 8:4, 5) It also seems unlikely that after disembarking, they and the many animals aboard had to climb down from a towering summit like mountaineers. Perhaps, then, the terrain where the ark landed was more accessible than some modern-day explorers imagine, yet still high enough to fit the description at Genesis 8:4, 5. And regardless of where the ark landed in the Ararat region, might it not have vanished centuries ago because of decay and scavenging?
Would finding Noah’s ark really confirm and even create faith? The Bible shows that genuine faith does not depend on objects we can see and touch. (2 Corinthians 5:7) Some people are so skeptical that they insist that only physical evidence would enable them to put faith in certain Bible accounts. The truth is, though, that for such individuals no amount of evidence would produce faith. Jesus himself said that some people simply cannot be convinced of spiritual truths -even if they should see someone rise from the dead! -Luke 16:31.
On the other hand, genuine faith is not credulity; it is based on solid evidence. (Hebrews 11:1) Is there solid evidence that can help reasonable people today to put faith in the Bible account about the Flood? Indeed, there is. Jesus Christ plainly stated: “Noah entered into the ark, and the flood arrived.” (Luke 17:26, 27) This is the best evidence possible. Why?
Jesus was in heaven before he came to the earth. (John 8:58) He watched the building of the ark; he saw the Flood. Now, which evidence seems more convincing to you? The real eyewitness testimony of One who proved perfectly reliable and who gave proof of being the Son of God? Or the dim possibility of explorers finding some ancient pieces of wood on a frozen mountaintop? When considered from that standpoint, the evidence that Noah’s ark existed is already overwhelming.

Good video. The best part was the people, food, historical places and unique landscape. Remains of a huge ship? It was proven by geologists. They found the form of a huge ship, remains of compartments structure,, petrified wood and metal ribbets. The size and shape is similar to a huge petroleum tanker made of wood and metal, and the design ahead of it's time. The stone carved anchor belonged to a big ancient ship. Thanks.

I agree with you that this is NOT the Ark. I believe the Ark will not be revealed until the end of times. GOD want's us to believe by faith and not by sight. Just like the Ark of the Covenient, the Shroud of Turin and all the other important artifacts of the Bible will also not be revealed until the end times. It's exciting to think it might be, but as it say's in the Bible 2 Corinthians 5:7) For we live by faith, not by sight. (Hebrews 11:6) And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.

Too bad the Quran has hundreds of contradictions and Allah is not real. One verse says Christians can get to heaven; another verse says they cannot. One verse says to God a day is like 1,000 years, another verse says to God a day is like 50,000 years. There are hundreds of contradictions like that all throughout the Quran. The Christians bible has been proven to be a book that could not possibly have been written by anything other than a supreme being.

Ive seen old wood tree stumps that turn into a type of stone after years of sitting. The ark there looks like it might have done the same thing after so many years of sitting. that's why it blends in with the rocks and and mountains around it and makes it hard to really tell what its is.

@@hughjanus2781 Sir, I am in Lord's ministry for the past 30 years and was fortunate enough to work with Ron Wyatt's team, also. So, with all sincerity, I can vouch for Dr. Ron Wyatt. He is an exceptionally anointed archeologist who squandered his life away for his discoveries. But the world is diabolically trying to calumny his work.

    • @plainsman
      @plainsman ปีที่แล้ว

@Plainsman You are being too bold with your presumptuous statements, sir. Kindly have modicum veracity in your discernment before becoming an imprudent character assassinator. The War used every penny productively and never swindled anybody in the name of research. All his discoveries had empirical underlining, hence the boldness in broaching them to the media. And contrary to your statement, Ron Wyatt's research has been duplicated by many archeological departments of many countries and if it were not so, millions of tourists wouldn't have flown to those countries, frolicking around his discoveries. Many of his discoveries were inhibited by the local governments from being public because of their catastrophic aftermath. The archeologists denigrating him have not gone through his pain nor do they understand his ardor for Christ. There is more than enough evidence to cast a reasonable doubt and stop this charade of ignominy, but nobody is bothered to.
