Hate to break it to you but I saw Spider-Man 3 on the 360 for £18 in CEX last weekend. You've still been robbed. (Dammit now I'm thinking about buying it myself)
I found Bioshock 2 at a Goodwill for $2. Just finished Collecting the Far Cry games, "Instincts" through "Primal." There are kinda like 5 different versions of Far Cry 1 lol.
I’m using eBay A lot these past few months. Bought both KOTORs, max payne 1-3, just bought the deus ex games etc. been enjoying clearing out my very long backlog during these quiet months
Been collecting 360 games since 2019, have over 200 games in my collection now. Back when I started buying prices were dirt cheap. I remember buying a box of 50 games (no duplicates) for about $60. Lots of great games in this generation and it's a ton of fun to collect for. 360 definitely hasn't hit its stride yet, so it's still attractive to collect for if you haven't started yet.
@@ivan.guitaraaa1903 Yeah, but not by much. There was a slight price bump due to COVID, but things have settled down and 360 prices are still reasonable. Still a good time to start collecting if you haven't started yet.
I’m always shocked by how expensive second hand games are in the US, most are double what they would cost in the UK. If you look at the library of PS3 games over here, half of them cost between $1-5. Additionally, there are about 1000 physical PS3 games released in Europe, and you could get a complete set for about $10,000, including all the rare titles that go for $70+.
funny shit is unless you had both no one realized only cod snd ps exclusives actually looked and ran good on ps3....even infamous going back to it it doesn't look as colorful as 360games...yes gears Was dark buy halo 3 wasn't dark, reach had colors, gears 3 was brighter forsure, funny how everyone acts like 7th gen was Grey's and silvers when there was plenty of color in the beigning and end of that gen just in the middle they struggled to get shit to run right on ps3 and 360 without over using ram and gpu resources
Fantastic 360 favorites, all good picks, "Singularity" is among my absolute favorites being a huge Raven Software fan! I have a Top 60 Xbox 360 games video not on the Xbox backwards compatible list uploading tomorrow!
I grabbed Max Payne 3, Skate 2, The Godfather 2, & The Saboteur literally yesterday. Those non-backwards compatible games are gonna start getting pricey af to pick it up in the next few years 📈
Sonic the hedgehog (2006) will more than likely increase over time as well. It was always a little pricey for a 360 game but it will more than likely jump even more as time goes on, especially the non ‘greatest hits’ version.
I have like three copy’s of the game and I don’t want to resell it because it’s not available digitally. For sure I think the same it will go up in price
I'm right there with you, Matty. In the past couple months just for XB360 I picked up The Darkness 1 & 2, GTA Stories from Liberty City, Portal 2, Spec Ops: The Line, and Max Payne 3 (and 1 & 2 for OG Xbox). Plus, just arrived today: Enslaved: Odyssey to the West. I love when we get a little lull in the big releases so I can pad out my collection a bit with some great older stuff I might've missed back in the day.
The Xbox 360 is the next "PS2 library" to collect for. As in, most games, not all, are still dirt cheap to purchase; especially if you're avoiding those PS3 game prices. It is also one of the more accessible, and easier libraries to start building your game collection as opposed to PS3, Sega Saturn to name a few. I recommend now.
With 2023 on horizon, I think I am starting to crave for more of such old games. Nothing can beat the Nostalgia of Xbox 360 days. The games were short but made with emotions, unlike these days where each developers slams a whooping 100 plus hours of non-sensical grindy missions on base game.
I went and bought Fallout 3 for my Series X. I had forgot how much I enjoyed that game, AND ITS STILL REALLY GOOD!! And shoutout to the og Red Dead Redemption, what a game.
OG Xbox and Xbox 360 are the most fun to collect for right now. their games are super cheap and all the consoles are usually reasonable. I bought a 360 slim for not even $100 just to start a collection with. this was my all time favorite era of gaming.
Just got a 360 a couple weeks ago & started off my collection with a bunch of Madden, WWE & Tony Hawk games. Getting a Wii soon & gonna get alot of games for it & Gamecube.
The Xbox 360 is an amazing console that's packed with so many wonderful games and series. I love that there are a lot of backwards compatible Xbox 360 titles that you can play on your Xbox One X and Xbox Series X consoles. I've built up a massive Xbox 360 collection over the years. It's over 500 titles now and I've owned the Xbox 360 since launch day back in 2005. Keep up the great work on the channel.
It's so crazy how the xbox 360 still holds up in 2022. It's an amazing gaming system from its time till now. Got an order in myself to relive some memories 😌 #Xbox360AliveAndKicking📈
@@IamaPERSON The consoles are around $100, could get them for less. Right now I ordered NFS Most Wanted 2005, Left 4 Dead 1&2, Battlefield 3, Halo 3 & Dead Island so far...
Literally just bought a 360 again two days ago. Words can't express how much I missed the system. Picked up a slim that looks virtually brand new for $50 and loaded up on used games that are super cheap. Lost Odyssey needs to be on the list of must buys. Force unleashed for a God of war style game with a great story. Fight night round 3 always been amazing. Beautiful graphics and action.
Both Fable Anniversary (1:12) and Assassins Creed (4:35) got enhanced for the Xbox One X, which means that they are both natively outputting 4K for One X and Series X users. Really looks great on a 4k screen
Yeah Singularity was such an underrated gem. I remember genuinely adoring it. I tended to play a lot more "random" games than my friends did so I was able to find really cool games like that and stuff like Lollipop Chainsaw and Spec Ops the Line that my buddies would kinda tease me about.
Just recently went in on a big increase for my PS3 collection because I don't want to be late to the party when everything from this gen shoots up due to nostalgia. Landed an 18 game lot including stuff like CoD 4, Oblivion, Conan, and MK vs. DCU and bought Resonance of Fate, Binary Domain, and MG Rising Revengeance individually
I own 3 different xbox 360s, one being modded so I can just download any 360 game convert and rewrite to a disc and simply play, but I own around 250 official 360 games.
That’s one of the best parts of owning a series x or s. Despite no new exclusives the ecosystem is so fast and easy that it feels seem less to play current gen and 360 games.
I use this app called Mercari, a lot of games other go for around $7 found a assassin’s creed game lot with Assassin’s creed 1, assassin’s creed 2, assassin’s creed 3 and assassin’s creed black flag for 14 dollars (+$7.40 for shipping) so basically $21 for 4 solid games.
Really wish Xbox would add a completion list or a badge on title in UI library. Most of us can’t 100% the achievements but finish the game and would love to look back at all games completed.
For anyone that might be on a tight budget that wants to start collecting I was able to get my little sister a used xbox 360 back in November for Christmas that came with 10 games for $60 on Facebook market place. I’ve also bought a few new factory sealed Xbox 360s games on Amazon for $20 each. And I’ve got a few games at a church yard sale I volunteer at for a $1 each. Great deals are out there if you know where to look, are patient and sometimes willing to do a little work, happy collecting!!!

I still own 360 consoles along with Xbox Original consoles and I actually enjoy playing games on the 360. So many great games on that console. Bro, can you please solve this mistery for me once and for all, is nfs prostreet available to be bought, digital copy... from xbox360 store so i play it from my next gen console via backwards comp..??
Didn't know that Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe was backwards compatible... so I bought it while watching the video. €13,00 for a complete PAL copy including shipping. Also got Army of Two: The 40th Day even though it's not backwards compatible. It's still a great title. Hoping to see more of these Xbox 360 / PlayStation 3-themed videos! 👍🏻

I actually just got another 360 cause my old one stopped working a couple years ago and the one I got came with over 78 games including the most popular and most known games in which i also started play fable
I hope they put the right disc in that Hulk case. Funnily enough Radical made the Prototype games but before that the PS2 generation they did Incredible Hulk Ultimate Destruction
@@BigEOT3 that's true but the official reason given for the program shutting down included both technical and licensing issues. Activision could have been holding back so they could sell remasters that could have been mad r backwards compatible.

Great Pickups I just got my copy of Spider-Man 3 on 360 Today… $38 Complete love collecting the classics from PS1 as well. Most games now I’m getting on OG Xbox since I’ve already had previously the PS2 Versions!
The Xbox Series X fps boost for Fable Anniversary is a game changer, honestly...I tried playing fable 2 straight after and it's tough going back to 30 and sometimes below frames
10:31 I hope you were kidding. You were able to identify Samoa Joe instantly but weren't sure if that was Kurt Angle or not and that for some reason scares me
With the remake about to drop, I’m currently playing through Dead Space. I will keep the horror themed games with F.e.a.r. And Condemned:criminal origins for my next playthroughs.
Oh wow! I almost forgot that some Xbox 360 games had multiple discs. I got so used to PS3 with them single blu-rays I forgot about my 360 having that on some titles.
Keep it up with these Retro videos Matty enjoying the nostalgia. In my respectful opinion I started enjoying this content then your main channel. Still love some your topics on your main but this channel is what I enjoy the most imho Keep it up either way!
These days they want to sell us a copy of a game with just the disc and book or at in the case. I love my older consoles despite having current gen consoles. Even from the PlayStation 1 and 2, they all came with manuals and books inside the case. Quality games that came out years ago is much appreciated.
I was just in Dyersburg TN & found a used game shop. I scored Gemna Onimusha, Max Payne 1 & 2, Dead to Rights, Dragon Age Origins Ultimate edition (all the DLC), Yaiba Ninja Gaiden, & Uncharted 4 for under 60 bucks. If I go back I'm picking up a vita, ps3 motion controls, ps3 camera, & ps4 camera. Get in while the getting's good.
Me and my father love playing our xbox 360+. His favorite game is College Hoops 2K8. He also likes minecraft, which I play with him sometimes. I would also like to mention, the xbox 360, its probably one of the most epic consoles.
Matty gets ripped off the video series. XD Seriously my friend, I don't know how you're paying so much for some of these titles, even for a perfect CIB copy. Please do yourself a favor and check out pricecharting before you drop $30 on Assassin's Creed, one of the cheapest 360 games. Not even the good version with the artbook either. Also overpaid hard for Spider-Man 3 and Kingdom Under Fire. Always love the videos though. Thanks for your hard work. I can't wait until this generation sees the love it deserves.
I recently brought bioshock 1 and 2. Also the Witcher 2 and fable 2 and a FIFA game. All so those games were dirt cheap, beside Witcher 2, and cost me less then 60 euros. I have been collecting Xbox 360 games for a couple months now and i have around 150 games. I am also collecting N64 games and have around 250 for that console. I love both my collection for those consoles
Just a heads up: The Death and Return of Superman on the snes and genesis is good. Be sure to mention it on your Superman video. Also, the Superman arcade game.
I just started collecting 360 games a few months ago, my biggest find was when I was in the Phillipines. I found 50 Cent Blood on the Sand for $10 lol.
After fishing my 360 out of storage, I got Transformers Dark of the Moon and while its not plot relevant, its the closest thung we'll get to a Fall of Cybertron Sequel and it genuinely kicks ass.
It might just be me but I find it kinda sad that people are holding on so tight to the old ways that they seek out “complete in box” 360 games, which means it has a manual about 4 pages long. I just feel like shouting out “it’s over, the days of CiB are dead”.
That's what they said about vinyl records, and look at the resurgence. I don't feel that I own something unless I have a physical copy. You're only temporarily renting digital media.
Oh man the kingdom under fire games you were referring to are the first 2 on the original xbox and I remember back in the day those things were amazing almost like dynasty warriors met real time strategy highly recommended!!
Perfect Dark is not returning, so i feel like there is a zero chance for Singularity to come back) Maybe not exactly zero, but it is pretty close to it.
The first Assassin's Creed game runs at 4k 60fps it's like a new game. Most of the Assassin's a Creed games have some kind of enhancements except for Syndicate and Black Flag. Xbox Series X best place to play these games.
I’m glad I bought bassically all these games for 360 as well I actually picked up Spider-Man 3 for 25$ at local game store I was so excited been stuck on it lately truely a great game
Max Payne 3 is my favourite of the whole series, and one of my favourite games of all time. It’s even more dear to me now that James Mcaffrey has passed away. Max was actually based on his appearance this time out as well.

Ive been growing my collection lately as well. Mostly ps3, and some ps2. Its crazy how many amazing games are under $20
I have a feeling with the Activision deal we have a chance for a couple more BC titles since licensing wouldn't be an issue anymore.
Some games you can’t play on Xbox Series X/S like Project Gotham Racing franchise and Tenchu Z.
@@BigEOT3 that's true but the official reason given for the program shutting down included both technical and licensing issues.
Activision could have been holding back so they could sell remasters that could have been mad r backwards compatible.
Spiderman games are owned by activision
@@Jammerdude07 those Spider-Man games would have to get a license renewal from marvel games which can be expensive. I was thinking more along the lines of COD Big Red One or Crash Of The Titans.
@@Owl_Coup_Productions ik I just would love the old Spider-Man games to be backward compatible because I own them all but it’s hard for me to go from series x to 360
Great Pickups I just got my copy of Spider-Man 3 on 360 Today… $38 Complete love collecting the classics from PS1 as well. Most games now I’m getting on OG Xbox since I’ve already had previously the PS2 Versions!
I bought a replacement 360 in December and its been my most played console this year. There is still so much I never played or finished
30$ for Assassin's Creed? You got robbed 😂
The Xbox Series X fps boost for Fable Anniversary is a game changer, honestly...I tried playing fable 2 straight after and it's tough going back to 30 and sometimes below frames
Glad I can't relate to having this difficulty. Sounds annoying.
Yup. Buying them for the series x has been a good time
Man, the hulk hands where sick. I didnt have them but my mate did. I had that Abomination toy thats on the ad there tho. Always liked Abomination.
That’s alright with me. I work hard on both channels, so as long as you’re enjoying then I’m happy :)
Whenever you showed the back of assassins creed and I saw Naruto omg I got so excited haha
I did have those hulk hands also hand same thing but as the rock guy from fantastic 4
Nice, something to take my mind off of the major delays this week!
Most awesome pickups dude!!! I have the majority of these games in my collection, and they are all well worth it!!!
Max Payne 3 had my most favorite multiplayer in a game ever. So underrated. Was honestly way more enjoyable to play compared to GTA5 Online
I had a wave of Nostalgia when you pulled out all the superhero games. Damn thpse were awesome superhero games!
It wasnt that hard to get mortal kombat and DC together since they are both owned by warner
AC1 is still by far my favorite of the series. Also, I got that copy of Hulk for the exact same reason haha needed that Red Hulk
Assassins Creed PAL version used is about 2 USD.
Singularity is awesome on the steamdeck.
Lucky lol
Looking into starting a collection however I'm really gonna have to hustle, we don't have much option to buy my side of the world...
I really like Singularity. I had pre-ordered and bought it for Xbox 360 when it first came out. I really wish they would make it backwards compatible.
After fishing my 360 out of storage, I got Transformers Dark of the Moon and while its not plot relevant, its the closest thung we'll get to a Fall of Cybertron Sequel and it genuinely kicks ass.
I play Splinter Cell Conviction right now on Series X, Hell gooddddddd
I love this channel.
Just picked up copies of shadows of the damned and Alice madness returns both complete
The original Assassin's Creed manual is great. Yes it's in black and white, but it's framed as being written by the cast from outside the Animus.
How is assassins creed $30 its only £1 pre owned here in the uk
Darkest of days. Not backwards compatible but going up in price!
$30 for AC1?
Its the equivalent of $2 in the UK?
When I saw max Payne 3 on sale I just had to get it. I loved it when I was younger.
I really liked the original Kingdom Under Fire game on the OG Xbox.
Max Payne 3 is my favourite of the whole series, and one of my favourite games of all time. It’s even more dear to me now that James Mcaffrey has passed away. Max was actually based on his appearance this time out as well.
Bro , what are these prices? I can buy these for 4$ a piece here in europe.
I play bunch of 360 games on my Xbox series s and some of that generation on my ps3 as well. It was my favorite generation of gaming
I still have the first AC that came in tin cover and it still has the Altair figure in its original eggshell case 💯
Max Payne 3 was a blast, I didn't play until almost 10 years and i'm sad i missed out on multiplayer.
Mutiplayer was awesome Really unique with the slow mo stuff.
