Thank you. May you kindly share did you put a hole on the separater ... How do the center dowel penetrate to the bottom cake
The dowel has a sharp end that is able to penetrate a separator board when slightly hit
Beautiful , after stacking it is there a need to put it in fridge or you stack kust before delivery
Either way should work...I personally prefer stacking before delivery because the cake will be firmer
hi. do u freeze ure cakes first? also is there a board underneath the 6inch cake? if I place a small one underneath will it be a problem?
I dont freeze my cakes but I let the cakes rest in the refrigerator over night...and yes there is a separator board underneath
May i kindly ask, do you make a hole in the seperator prior to assembling the top tier
Hey Chido , you dont have to make a hole prio. The hole is made after staking as you hammer the central dowel down. A separator board is thin enough for the dowel to penetrate during hammering.

I have never actually measured the weight of my cakes.. height is approximately 18- 20cms
