BHam always has the same issues. Space for convenience. Thats whu Bloomfield hills will always be nicer and more expensive. The lots arent even close. Good video
From what i seen the nicest I will go is Troy or Birmingham for the north side. Otherwise I like Downriver area. I don't like it north of Detroit going east as much and too much road construction
Also i been to Texas too and i particularly liked San Antonio area. Its like all smaller towns and suburbs like what the Detroit outskirts are in overall feel. Detroit area has great pizza while SA has great tex mex and bbq. But its weird you go to Lansing and the diversity of food disappears more and they might have a few of the top local pizza chains but not the variety the outer Detroit towns have. And its crappier than Flint and Saginaw i found too to get around Lansing. And seems to even be a lack of good polish food there too that there isnt a lack of closer to Detroit. Polish and Pizza are Detroits strong points id say for sure and indian and middle eastern too and if i had to guess, Grand Rapids has far less diversity but seem as most desirable by many but i didnt even look there, i happen to like one band from there though and the lead singer became a realtor for GR.
Theres some outstanding places in Birmingham and Troy. West Bloomfield i determined is too snobby for my blood. And i dont want to be east of Troy really. South into Downriver appeals to me most other than Troy or Birmingham. I dont like Lansing area. Ann Arbor area is too much a pain even if its nice and a more moved to spot. I like Canton to a degree.
Oh B.S. you want to work there you dont want to live there. Ok its just a bunch of rich people you have money. And I work as a mason other there I am from Brighton the drive sucks but I brick a ton of homes out that way.
I’d live in Birmingham. I am from and currently live in Brighton as well. I show a lot of homes out there and being near the Woodward corridor would be awesome.
@Living In Michigan I just don't like being around that many people all the time anymore I live in Standish Michigan now. I am class of 91 Brighton high.
What are your thoughts about Birmingham Michigan? 🤔
I lived in Beverly Hills and I went to Barnum Junior High which is now a park very nice area to live and go to school
