I just got my Ankermake 3D printer. Im stoked on setting it up this weekend. Thanks for the review
Would you recommend the ankermake m5c or the bambulab a1 mini to someone who is just starting
id would like to know more about that hydroponic tower behind you, what printer used and which material.
I have printed them in PETG and PLA. I have different versions of the tower as well. I'll have a video soon once I finish the design builds. I have printed them on all my 3D printers. All turned out pretty nicely.
So I just got mine an hour ago and I have it set up but for some reason the filament will just not work, I can't get it to come out or extrude, at all, I have followed what ankormake has on their website with changing out the nostile and nothing anyone know what to do?
Hey man I got you, something similar happened to me and getting the tip of the filament as pointy as possible and with the filament being as straight as possible (no bends or twisted bits) fixes the issue. I still have to trim it a bit more from time to time but that should do the trick
@@hanswilchesgrunauer946 Thank you so much, I just tried that and now it is workimg
How do I get that Matt blue color ?
Looks like they may have removed it. Let me check with them and see if I can get a link.
You said this is a desktop printer. But some people are telling me that it’s bad to breathe in the plastic as it’s printing and to place the printer in a different room. what are your thoughts on this matter?
its bad to breathe in any plastic just dont sit next to it for too long and have the window open
Great info... Mine will be in tomorrow and I am looking forward to my first printing. Thanks for sharing! @virgin3dprinter Like #49
His code doesn't work.
Code was for Halloween. You can use this new code for $40 off WSPEIAVAWZ
A1 Mini from Bambu Lab is cheaper and better
agreed, but a1 is a lot smaller
@@gordon226 Agree, i'm still doubtfull about an Anker M5c or a Creality K1 (not max), what are your thoughts?
@@lucianolizana446Easily ankermake. Better quality, lot cheaper now for black friday. Creality printers will require much more maintenance and tuning. The only advantage the K1 has is the enclosure. If you need it, just buy one for the ankermake.
@@lucianolizana446 Depends on your usage. The Ankermake is more for desktop use for small everyday items. K1 is larger and has a larger print surface.
True. This is more for your desktop use - It doesn't take up as much space. This also came out before the A1 Mini when I reviewed it.
