I remember when the aim 7 would just go for the wrong target even though the enemy was locked i hit a team mate and he got all mad about it like what am I supposed to do also there are times where i see people react this way when I get team killed by them like how brain dead are you don't fire a missile when there are teammates in front like ur chasing the guy and all of a sudden a team mate from behind fires a missile and kills you
The devs need to restore gun damage back to what it was before. No one wants to be putting in the time and work to learn how to aim guns and get them on target in a dogfight only for their 50+ rounds to do absolutely no damage.

Q5 with countermeasures was a godsend in the days of all-aspect su25k and a10 spam at 9.7 and the j7e before the realshitter and msl drag changes was goated for climbing over the enemy and dropping down on a group. and with the double-delta you could hold S and drain mig21s and phantoms of their energy in seconds. even hang with full-fuel f14s midgame
should have been 2 sub trees but nooooo have to appease the Chinese market first 5 ranks of aviation are just copy paste, junk that the original nation didn't want or a plane that used to be very OP so now it's kill on sight
I still think the pl5 is the best ir missile in the game. Even after the changes you can still get 5km shots with them if fired from top down. So sneaky.

People, who often get killed a lot, complained enough for Gajin to buff flares and nerf the hell our of IR AAMs. If you're paying attention, you can render all IR missiles (except Magic 2s) irrelevant with a single flare. Rewards laziness, in my opinion. The crappier players are the ones that write in to Gajin the most. *same with gun belts

I was about to ask you to play the J7E or J8B, because I want to see how you play it in the current meta. I really struggle against F16's and MiG 29's in both of those. (edit: switched mig 21 for 29, initially misstyped)
In the Mig21 if i get a full down tier i take full fuel load and full throttle out the flank and then cut back in and get 2-3 A10 kills before they even get to the battle 😂

bro dw about the community with getting team killed bc yesterday i killed a su 25 and this a-10 started screaming in chat after he killed me because he launched a missile that didnt launch and then killed me for no reason to try and get the kill although he didnt and my team just killed him
Imo i think the J7e should go to 10.7 for now. As it sits the j7e isnt that great as it used to be, as joob said in the video the missiles or any IR missiles in general arent as great anymore, missiles go after flares any brain dead enemy can easily just spam flares and top tier meta is just sarh missiles which j7e doesnt have and carrying only 4 missiels whilst everything else carry 2 or more. Also the radar gunsight isnt even modelled right and is pretty slow compared to other top tiers
i think the radar sight is just for slaving the missile seeker to. gotta love when you're playing ~11.0 and there's a j7e behind you on the runway, get ready for 30km of rwr blaring in your ear until you drop behind or get +5km away from him.

I've switched to armored/ground targets on most of my belts. Seems to work a lot better. HE is just useless atm...
