Has anyone tried mixing BM with P+S Paint Gloss 50/50 or even a different ratio? In theory, it would help with the dusting and cancel out the static properties which attract dust.
I’ve used bead maker and paint gloss then products like Defy from Ethos, Gyeons quick detailer, Carpro Elixer, Artdeshines Bio Nano Pro, The Last Coat V2 and Black Ice, and other products that many boast about gloss and honestly Dream Maker really stood out to me from the rest. Not to mention it not attracting dust like most I really think it’s a winner
2nd Per specifications they say that apply Bead Maker and wait 30 minutes to cure at least then apply the Dream Maker. The other thing is on White will be very difficult to see a difference but also they should be used on separate application instead of having them in the same bottle to be applied.
now do a panel where you didn't do anything and see if you can see a difference. I honestly don't see a big difference is gloss whenever I apply a spray wax or enhancer, but I could be wrong.
I use Bean maker as a drying aid and than 1-2 hours later I top it off with dream maker! It really gives it a pop! I use it on my black metallic car, hydro blue metallic car and a white car. All three shine really well but on the hydro blue metallic it pops even better, but on the black metallic one it’s just amazing in the sunlight. Of course all my cars have ceramic coating and PPF on the front and the fenders.
I’ve used BM and like it. Just wish it provided a bit longer protection. I’ve found Phoenix EOD Titan to provide as much gloss and slickness as BM and it provides 3 months or so of protection.
You could use play maker, it’s a wax infused with bead maker. Then follow it up with bead and then dream. You’ll get the longer protection with the wax.
Beam Maker on my car is next level, but then again its on my MYP which is ceramic coated, had a 1 step correction on it when I got the car, and I take care of it pretty well. Also, you need to actually try it on an actual car. Lastly even Rag Company and P&S have stated you can see more of a difference in darker or brighter colors that aren’t white.
Agreed I’m still playing with this product. I have used it on my white truck with no difference in shine next to bead maker. With as many white cars that are on the road I was really hoping for something but as you called out this really wasn’t designed for white paint. What color is your MYP?
I’ve used both, could never really tell the difference on a quick wash and wax client, but on a fully corrected vehicle or ceramic coated vehicle the Dream Maker really stands out as a topper.
Good to know! Do you know of a product out there that gives incredible shine/gloss even with quick washes? Bead Maker has been my go to and performs awesome in that department but I’m always looking for other contenders!
I would really like to see a dream maker vs bead maker vs topper vs meg syn x press and maybe am detail. My guess is they are all pretty close to the same. I would love to be proven otherwise.
Bead maker works amazing. I had someone tell me how great my car looked after it…. I think dream is after you have the protection put down. I talked to the chemist the other day at the P&S headquarters. They like Bead maker going down directly on the paint first. Then following it up after it’s cured for an hour or so. Play maker has bead maker in it and it’s a wax. Long protection then use the other two products when you’re moving quickly
I own a black-metallic BMW Z4 and I used both Bead Maker and Dream Maker on the hood (that I split in two). I agree with you that it wasn't a real clear difference in Gloss, perhaps slightly more for Dream Maker, but that is not worth losing the protection from BM over. But there is a big difference in repelling dust: Dream Maker is superior in that.
@@vhonalbertastorga Yes, it is just 1:1. I will try the other dilution ratio soon. Thanks for pointing it out. I watched a youtube video that just talked about Dream Maker to spray it lightly over a clean car and use it as a quick detailer.
Sadly I agree with you. I was really hoping for that wow factor and it never came. I do want to give it a fair shot though and will keep experimenting with it.
How long one should wait before applying bead maker on already waxed car......or lets say after i apply wax on car, can i apply bead maker ryt after that?
Many waxes already have protective polymers in them and provide great gloss. Bead maker in this case may not be needed but it won’t hurt to use bead maker after waxing. I would just wait a few hours for the wax to cure.
I don’t see what I won’t in video. However which 1 is slicker. To me 1 that last the longest with good gloss and depth. I heard you can’t get all 3 will I know I tried a lot of stuff. To me slickness user experience and gloss is what I truly look for. What makes it pop. TLC2 is good, I like CV2V3 does a great job too, also Glassperency boost. And dura coating SPD graphene is okay too. Also GLOSS it ceramic detailer is really nice but hydrophobic‘s are horrible. I am right now using mckee’s 37 graphene collection. The detail spray not slick but after being on car it does slickin up.
Been using BM than PG all summer. Tomorrow going to try Dm. I did use on my black jeep that only has a mckees sealant on it. Def glossy at first but on a daily driver theres no point.
Try it on a hood a door or something most customers are most likely applying it to. I honestly thought it was a white board for a second. Not tryna sound like a hater but giving constructive criticism, it would be nice to see it on a car where the clear coat stands out. You are able to see scratches and defects on a black vehicle easier than a white one
No offense taken. Great feedback! I’m planning on using it on some darker paint in future videos. Now to also be fair though.. their are a ton of white cars on the road. I was hoping to see some added gloss and shine but I’m realizing this product may not be best for white paint. Thanks for watching and commenting. Appreciate it man!
Neat foam cannon mount! Personally man, I would let Bead Maker cure for at least 8 to 12 hours before applying Dream Maker. I would stay clear of mixing the two together. I'd recommend trying again on a darker panel for the ultimate results. I used BM + DM on a gun metal grey paint and was blown away how glossy the truck was! You could definitely see the difference.
I've been using bead maker for the last few months (trying to finish off my gallon) and I think I honestly may switch back to Chemical Guys V07. I'm not huge on CG products because virtually everything of theirs does the same thing, but I will say V07 is an excellent sealant.
I’ll have to look into that! I’ve also been hearing some great things about technicians choice TEC582. Just bought a gallon to compare against bead maker. Sounds like VO7 is next :)
Tried DM and have been using BM for 2 years. DM is no glossier or slicker. I also found it harder to wipe off then BM. I’m going to stick with BM…. DM sucks
I’ve had it on my truck for about 4 days and have had wayyy less dusting than usual. Not to mention the gloss is through the roof. Definitely check it out
Over a week later and still little dusting. Not to mention there’s construction near my house right now and normally it Beowulf be a mess by this point. It’s blowing my mind more and more
U probably didn’t.if you have Bead maker, why bother for dream maker? Ah wait for the sake of spending money....for all out there, plain and simple Bead does it and give slight protection, Dream is like Showstopper from Wowo, but without protection
Omg why would you do the test on a trailer. That paint isn’t going to get any shiner unless you buff it. A really poor test. Why wouldn’t you test it on a car or truck with much higher quality paint. It’s a thumbs down 👎🏻
I remember people making videos of bead maker when it first my came out and peoples minds being blown. I specifically remember one of the guys at rag company showing Pan the organizar and he being like WHOA 🤯. You know you have a good product when you get reactions like that. Just haven’t seen reactions like that towards Dream Maker.

Apply showroom gloss after it will take care of everything afterwards

Is your dilution ratio is 1:1 for Bead and Dream? Ive watched a video saying he uses bead maker 10:1 dream maker ratio.

Cool video. To be fair they did say that Dream Maker won’t work as well on white as opposed to darker colors like black/blue/red or bright colors
Yeah fair statement! I’m going to make another video using this on darker paints. We shall see how it holds up! Thanks for watching 🤙
it is pretty much the same, I’ll just stick to my bead maker for the extra paint protection.
Sadly I agree with you. I was really hoping for that wow factor and it never came. I do want to give it a fair shot though and will keep experimenting with it.
Please check The Rag Company videos they have made explaining all this too.
Should have used black panels instead. White is difficult to tell.

Just put bead maker for little protection then finish it of with dream maker !!
dream maker totally blew me away on my wife's 2013 volcano red 2dr elantra coupe.
