Thanks. You said it "looks" amazing; have you made it? It really doesn't need any sugar as it gets a natural balance of sweetness from the tomato paste and the Worcestershire sauce.

why are you adding both beef stock and beef bullion? seems a bit redundant.
Not at all. It adds so much flavour without adding excess moisture. Try it out
