  • Today in the shop we have a 2003 Honda S2000 in need of a new clutch, Part-1 we take you through the steps we used to remove the transmission, clutch and the flywheel, part-2 we will cover the clutch installation along with the re-installation of the transmission. Hope you enjoy

    Good to see you back. I just used one of your videos this week when I was changing the inlet on my Harley CV carburetor from plastic to brass. It worked great. Thanks.

    on hondas/acuras if the flywheel is resurfaced you need to use a shim between the crank and flywheel to adjust the gap between the clutch and flywheel surfaces, good tutorial and thank you for showing folks that locktite is necessary..more need to know where and when to use it.

      Thanks for your feedback and insight, your welcome, yup the first time you have a flywheel come loose or you need to pull one after another person had it off! You learn the golden rule! Your better safe than sorry

    i use blue nail polish try it sometime on a nut/bolt let it cure over night. my autobody instructor worked at the steiger tractor factory 1980's he said they used nail polish

    Just needed some help with a rich condition on a k24 odyssey. Both airfuel and oxygen sensor reas rich to -27 on the short term.
    Starts runs then stalls I closed loop. Please help 🙏 if possible thanks again

    What's the reason for marking the flywheel?is it balanced with the engine?

    Question, did you disconnect the steering joint before lowering subframe. I have seen a video or two that does. The service manual also mentions to. However, I have seen many videos that don't mention it. Just curious if you did.
