I love this! My dad used to have a red '78 Lada 2101 (prior to that a white '82 Lada 1200s). It's the car I grew up in, the car in which dad was drifting during the winter, and sure enough it's the car that I learnt how to drift in during the winter as well, right after getting my license!!! Gosh, this brings back great memories!!!!!!

Only difference was it had 2 smaller front lights each side rather than the single round lights of yours or the more common rectangular headlights. Have u got a hand throttle you can pull out and twist like a crude cruise control? The FSO did. I absolutely love the flags to bits!!

Reputedly capable of going through an offie window, then back out with the loot and staying running long enough to get away. A lot of UK ones were returned to Russia after the end of the Cold War to be sold back into their domestic market. Many people were not sad to see them go. Now watch values leap up again lol.

For top lada drift, u need just lada 1.8 engine, 180's camshaft, and two synchronized carburetors (solex).
