    Finally!!! A workout for active seniors that includes bands, free weights cardio with a medium sized bouncy ball. Great fun! Thank you for challenging our age group; I'm a fan!

    Tona, I want to thank you for a great class today 12-28-19. I found your class on Sunday morning before I went to church, I vowed I would come home and do this class. Lots of things got in the way before this evening around 7:00 p.m.. I am so happy that I participated in this class it was wonderful thank you so much for your patience and Kindness. I am quite impressed with your class, I am going to share it with other friends as well as my workout instructor she gives a great class and I think that this would be in added gem for her class.     Thank you so much for a terrific and clear workout. Being isolated at home today because of the Coronavirus, I and am SO grateful to have this opportunity to stay active with a great and thorough workout. It's terrific!!!!!

    Your workouts are wonderful! I am a certified SS instructor, but SS has very few resources for its instructors, and SS instructor workshops are hard to find. Your videos are fun, safe, and follow SS protocols. Thank you, thank you!

    Hi TonaI am in lockdown in SA at the moment.I have had such fun working out with your video, I don't view myself as a senior but I am unfit and these exercises really get my heart pumping. I don't have all the apparatus but have used water bottles as weights.Thank you.

    My SS class ended last week. Fortunately I purchased the ball, the weights, the band and a chair, which my teacher sold! With your wonderful videos I can keep working on days when I can't get to the new class which is much farther away (but worth it). Thank you for doing these.

    I liked this teacher. THe workout was great. THe only part I missed having is something for my abs.

      I understand that you feel like your missing out on core with this work out. What you don't think about is your core should always be engaged and when you lift your knees or legs it works it deeper if you put your focus more in that area

    Definitely a good workout using weights, resistance bands, etc. Am surprised that you used the “banana song” towards the end. Especially with a group of all white women in the background. There are many who would find this very offensive.

      Hi! The balls are rubber and kind of squishy. If one wanted to use a weighted ball I suggest nothing more than 4 lbs. 😀

      yes! They are barefoot training shoes. I have been wearing the Vibram brand for about 8-9 years now.
