I couldn't find that comfort zone with positioning for sitting and slightly leaning back on the chair, to lift both knees. One knee at a time is fine. Great balance between standing and sitting exercises. I was able to do the whole thing during a recovery time. Thanks for directing this towards osteoporosis. Lord bless you.

Appreciate this. I’m 76, just learned my backache is from little fractures in L1, L2, L3. I’m opting for physical therapy versus running to an orthopedic dr. I was very allergic to milk and as a child no one talked about calcium supplements.
Hi! Has the doc prescribed you putting the dropper with zolendronic acid? The docs think that they are highly effective for fractures. I will do my first one in July. I have osteoporosis too.

I am using my 10lb dumbbells for this workout.
