Nicee, should be fun project. Keep in mind, you may have to increase the thickness of parts to achieve a suitable stiffness/strength. However, I’m sure you knew that ☺️.
I have 3d printed a few frames I find ditch the flat design go arms half the width but twice the height then you can utilise infill perimeters much better and use a semi hollow frame instead of solid. I usually go triangle shape cross section on the arms it also helps with air flow quite alot having thinner aerodynamic arms and not so flat
Excellent job! Could you upload 3D STL files to, thingiverse, for example? Could you make a list with hardware used (motors, lipo, camera, flight contoller...)?

The battery protection is brilliant. I just smashed a 2 day old 4s with my quad and it made me wonder why theres zero protection for our packs out there lol
Super cool frame, you gotta try out express lrs, crossfire is too big even on a 5 inch imo. Elrs is cheaper and faster and will take you farther than any 5.8ghz video feed can.
Controller if you can, get the Radiomaster Tx16s Mk II Headset im still looking into but the controller is very versatile and can be used on other RC toys
that looks sturdy and not like usual; breakable. well done
Issue is motors get hot, then the arms bend and give the motors camber, I’ve chopped so many motor wires trying 😂

Yes. Using a flat design for 3D Printing is not using the full potential/freedom you have, when not using CFK board.
