    I have one in the rear on my 23 300xc been tubliss forever. This tube took a beating for 10hr so far from 3.5-5 psi trying each pressure. The thing not only slammed a ton of rocks but hooked up so good I had to add air to spin. I definitely am a believer now.

    That's a beefy tube man! Matt, how much pressure do you run in the Lucioli? Thoughts on it compared to the Ultra HD Michelin tubes?

    • @InsideEnduro
      @InsideEnduro  ปีที่แล้ว +3

      For extreme you can run 2-5 psi depending on the tire. We need to put more testing hours on them. Very heavy. More than double the weight of an un-drilled Michelin M14. 7.4LB tube.

      I ran it at 3.5,4 and 5psi on good hard enduro type single track.

    What do you guys think of the Lucioli’s?

    • @InsideEnduro
      @InsideEnduro  ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Super Duper Heavy. Very difficult to puncture. We need to do more hours of testing.

      I’ve got 40 hours on them. If you don’t want a mousse this is the next best thing.
      Advantage if you change terrain you can inflate or deflate as needed

    How much does it weigh compared to nitro mousse?

      I used it for a while, then removed they are too heavy, too much weight. Specially on the front wheel

    • @InsideEnduro
      @InsideEnduro  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Michelin M14 weighs 3.4 lbs. Lucioli weighs 7.4lbs. These weights are according to our shipping scale.

      @@InsideEnduro Very cool. Thank you for your reply. We assume you've tried them... would be great to hear a review addressing weight concerns/vs. traction gained. Thanks again!!

      Absolutely! Working on Tubliss vs Bibs vs Lucioli. Planning on it being out this spring. Early winter for us.

    What psi do you run them and how much are they?

    • @olsson1985
      @olsson1985 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      I run mine for 0.2bar with soft gummy tires for extreme. And fast tracks I just air it up. I've rides mine for 140hours with no problems 👍

      You can run them very low for extreme enduro. 2-3 psi.

  • @adambatchelder4121
    @adambatchelder4121 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    The problem with very low psi in a tube other than the pinch is that 3 ,4, 5 psi doesn't hold the tire tight up against the rim so handling and rim protection is way less , where tublis you may have 3 psi in the tire but the side wall to rim presure is 100psi. Not to mention fighting 2 rim locks and a tube sucks.

      Hi! This is Rosemary with Inside Enduro. James has been trying the Lucioli in AZ over this last week, and so far so good. He suggested that you use Slime or Stan's tire sealant with the Lucioli just in case.

    bought spare wheel and did not know lucioli was in. took me 1hrs to put this fn thing out, was dry af and sticked to the tyre.

  • @yoramlavee
    @yoramlavee ปีที่แล้ว

    Lube the tire, not the tube or mousse. Inner side, where in contact with the rim, should stay dry actually.

  • @cezarmizrahy7192
    @cezarmizrahy7192 ปีที่แล้ว

    I just forgot to tie the locks first. It must to be mold until put air into the inner. Tie the locks so un tie and just after calibration. This way the tire will adjust perfectly. 😜

  • @ablaze3717
    @ablaze3717 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    That last rim locks seems like it’s gonna be a mofo to get out. If it’s not lined up perfect you have to break the the tire off the rim again. If you get lucky and have it pop for you that’s great but idk🤷🏻‍♂️ I want to be sold on these so bad but I need more info

    Price point way to high I'd rather Michelin ultra heavy duty's that pay for tubes that cost more than my tires

      Depends how much you value traction.
