It’s messed up saying it that way, but it’s true. Just like when people would say Howard didn’t pay so and so enough money. They were technically co-workers. There were a few factors that made the visual aspect of the show less appealing as the Internet matured, & I assumed HTV was losing money & that’s why they had to go. Either that, or Howard reacted to taking a pay cut on one of his Sirius contracts by shuttering HTV & H100 news team costs. Or maybe Howard just didn’t want the show on video for a while as he started looking older. Who knows? Anyways Doug if you read this, thanks for the laughs. Wish you guys got a proper send off & it was handled respectfully. With it being a “failure” though, there’s no way Howard could save face so he just swept that stuff under the rug.
