lmao yet another game with a challenge based progression system that leaves players absolutely dissatisfied (looking at you halo and overwatch!!) one would think they'd have learnt by now

payday 3 truly broke hearts man. became a huge fan of pd2, even bought the 90 dollar edition for myself and some friends and i regret every single penny being wasted

How could they mess it up…. They literally have a predecessor game to work off so they know all the notes to hit. Make it the same but make it better. Nah someone wants to get creative and wind up making it garbage instead
The game is hot trash
I think it's less about making sensible choices and more about satisfying selfish desire of control. To be able to have the power to change anything. Dopamine of that. I noticed this especially in writing and directing. But at times it's just satisfying shareholders suggestions.

I instantly thought of Activision’s shafting of the zombies team on Black Ops 4 limiting their budget and putting all their eggs in one basket with the chaos storyline and limiting ether to three maps with the ultimis and primis crew. (with payday that being the overhaul of the engine and how the game plays versus the quantity of content available to the player) not having any live action cutscenes like payday 2 for the story was a big missed opportunity to really go all out and it suffered the most and was one of the biggest current let downs like Black Ops 4 zombies

In my opinion, the biggest "issue" with Payday 3 is, why even bother with it over Payday 2?
Payday 2 has had over a decade worth of content, fixes, and patches. Any "new" feature or mechanic included in Payday 3 could've just been added to Payday 2 and Starbreeze wouldn't have had this issue.
Plain and simple, Payday 3 didn't need to even happen.
I don't know how they were able to mess up this bad with payday 3 this is pretty much career suicide at this point

I mean the cosmetic thing shouldnt be a huge problem. There are loads of bigger problems. I just never really got into the game cause of the gameplay and I think many others did too. The gameplay in Payday 2 was so... smooth, so fast. The gameplay in payday 3 seems clunky.. its har dto describe for me.
There are definitely bigger problems, but they shouldn't shy away from something that makes them stand out like the masks and suits

i have some experience with payday 2 mainly crimewave edition on ps4 years ago never played the payday the heist or the payday crime war mobile game and speaking of just cause i have played just cause 2 only XD and i liked payday 2 and not angry or upset but a little bummed out or disappointed of payday 3 having a always online connection i am hoping that payday 3 devs turn the game around and make the game better just what i heard from on this video and i have heard of live service games getting canceled and people losing they jobs cause of layoffs and game studios or companies sizing down some a while ago and also love this content keep it up @Acejokes :)

ik im probably the only the only one but i really liked how the challenges where the only way for xp. In they first week i got to lvl 90 from just grinding challenges.

They are the only one.
Those challenges did nothing but make people play the game the way it shouldn't be.
Want to complete a heist? Tough titty, because SmellyDakota133 is holding the team hostage at the end so they can get their heavy SWAT kills.
Too bad those 'challenges' didn't focus on goals that made you more of a team player, or encouraged you to help with objectives. The system is garbage anyway, just go back to PD2 style.
but, but, it went from 100 average players to 500 average players from one update, it's obviously not the biggest letdowns in gaming history, it's just not popular!
