Mam what I have read that according to reservation that for state reservation that only uttarakhand candidates can apply for job in uttarakhand
It should have passed an act in parliament with simple majority.
My question is that ma'am is it really passed in parliament and In which year

uk candidates will get the reservation in jobs in case of obc ( 14% )+ sc(19%) + st(4%) and now uk women(30% in 2022) + EWS ( 10% according to 103rd constitutional amendment act of 2019.)
and in the govt jobs anyone can apply from the country but they considered as unreserved category . reservation is only for residents of uttarakhand who have the state's domicile.
and the reservation is provided by the constitution according to article 16.
and no bill is passed like only uk candidates can apply in jobs of the state .

@@pscstudypoint6411 mam but while filling the form the requirements that they require can only be satisfy by uttarakhand residing candidates not by any other state candidates.
For ex. Either have domicile or have done 10 and 12 form uk or have name on job employment office or have spouse living in uk or have mother or father living in uk but residing outside for his child study.
So please tell me mam how can I apply as I am from up.

U have to apply in general unreserved category.. this is for those if some one has choose the option as a resident of uk
