I was very inspired making this video- although I am not an immigrant myself, my parents certainly are and it was cool seeing these people build their businesses after coming to this country. It's important to note that alot of these people acquire certain benefits just by working that others who were already here don't have access to SO it's a slightly different grind. Same end result though.
They are all second-generation immigrants, they don't have to worry about citizenship, work visa, attorney, legal documents, or compete with people from world that want to get in to the US. They are raised in the land of opportunity! Hard work is required to be successful, of course, but it would be more interesting if you can interview those first generation! That is the actual hard work and sacrifice!
@@1bluegreen2 Their parents moved to the US so they become the citizens as beneficiaries, they were kids at the time, meaning they are not the first generation. First generation meaning the people who going through the legal process, file the docs, and actually get the citizenship, their kids become citizens after their parents become one; so yes, they are not the first generation.
@@Michael50838 Unfortunately some people (and even some studies) do not recognize immigrants as a generation (seen as generation 0) and start calling the immigrants’ children as first generation. It’s so true that the immigrants are the ones paving the ways and they are not even recognized. Some sectors of the society do not want to recognize those not behaving like true Americans, those speaking with accents, talking differently, behaving differently etc. They want to call immigrants’ children first gen because those kids behave, talk, and act like them. How sad!
Right, as an immigrant this is frustrating to see. Whenever successful immigrants are portrayed it is always people whose parents moved and took them. It makes it seem as if immigrants are lazy/don't have the same potentiel, when in reality people don't realize how much visas/paperwork can set you back and limit everything you could have access to, studies, jobs, scolarships, etc. not to mention the mental and financial toll it takes on you to move abroad especially as a young adult.
I'm not kidding when I say that the market crash and high inflation have me really stressed out and worried about retirement. I've been in the red for a while now and although people say these crisis has it perks, I'm losing my mind but I get it Investing is a long-term game, so focus on the long run.
There are many ways to gain mouth-watering profits, particularly in a down market, but such complicated trades can only be executed by qualified market gurus.

I started investing when I was 37, mostly through sweat equity. I just turned 42 and this last month was the first time that my passive income broke $100k for the month. This is solid advice! DO IT! You don't have to get rich quick, you just have to get RICH no matter what.👍
Liked this video before it even started. I am a child of hardworking Vietnamese immigrants and these topics you discuss are so impactful in inspiring people of different backgrounds 🙌
I love the video. The people you interviewed are so down to earth. Their work also seems very realistic and not weigh over my head. Some videos actually seem weigh over my head as to how people become millionaires.
Hey I just wanted to thank you for constantly exposing us to all of these great people and knowledge and ideas, the things they say are very inspirational. In the 9-5 Grind right now but I'm trying and videos like these are very motivational.
Really enjoyed this format. I don’t watch you regularly but from what I’ve seen, it’s more location specific. Felt the car was relaxing for both you and the interviewee.
Thank you so much, Charlie! I’m so happy that I found your channel 🙏😻. You are inspiring me a lot! I love your honesty and desire to share! I wish you all the best!!
Sorry to hear that for your dad but the fact that he has a son that's proud of him and shares it is priceless. There are some millionaires out there who will never experience having a kid that's proud of them.
Can someone explain when Eric is talking about Credit Card's and CDs. So you can pull out money from a credit card, and throw it in a CD, make 5% returns and put the initial investment back on the card?
true jenny im good in science and history but i dont like any of the fields of work in those subjects. wish i was better in math i really like architecture and finance
How about how much luck is involved. It’s so funny how we always get all the successes paraded in front of us but how about the larger percentage that we never hear about that never make it?
1st guy no regrets . .well he is still young. 😄 too much working if it affects your relationship I think would be the biggest regret if you neglect relationship for making money.
My cousin come to USA and live in Hawaii she came with nothing not even finishe her high school now she a multi Mlionnaire . It’s about mindset she start with foods business and grew more clients then she into Morgage and rental etc. Just don’t give up
I know I'm gonna sound like a hater but I wasn't really expecting you to include people that pretty much grew up and were raised here were just born in the states, that's not too different from being the son or daughter of an immigrant as your parents are the one that put the hard work in
Hey Charlie : I have a question for Eric. I have a property management company and manage 20+ properties. After expense and pay my employees I only make around 12k a month(net profit). I don’t do rental arbitrage. I just have a property management company so maybe why the numbers are so different
Hi Lillian, I would try to understand the short term rental space and whenever one of your client property is vacant, approach them with the idea and possibly cohost. 😊
there are a lot of wise, talented, skilled motivated people all around the world, but why not all of them have the economic success?? because, after you put your best efforts, then you should have also the will of God to bring you to the right time and place. in this clip nobody unfortunately said that, in our time people are shamed to say it.
You know he rented that car. I don’t understand why you would display luxury items trying to entice people to be wealthy. Wealthy people do not care about luxury brands.
What’s sad is how our education system refuses to promote teach or even show entrepreneurship in education they would rather teach liberal arts or gender theory than how to actually succeed !!!
Omar I was just in Chicago and meet a teacher who is teaching an entrepreneurship class in a middle school, public middle school. It's an elective class for now but that's a very good start!

How so?
Can you make a video of blue collar millionaires? (Landscaping, hvac, plumbing entrepreneurs, etc)
Great idea!!
Would love to watch a vid about that! I never really see blue collar workers in videos like this.
Are there any blue collar millionaires?
YES PLZ DO!❤

entrepreneurship is definitely for risk takers and all of their personalities are really chill when they lose thousands they dont even sweat it 😂
They all have a lot of grit!!
That’s great until you realize risk management exists for a reason

This was so good! As an immigrant myself, this lit a fire under me! Please do a part 2, 3, etc.
My family and I came here as refugees and we are living American dream. America is the land of opportunities. We love this country!
Man, you guys are some wise young people. I am twice your age but I learn so much from you guys. Appreciated !
Thanks Darryl! I'm sure we could learn a lot from you too!

I really enjoyed this video and I appreciate the insight on their journeys❤
I’m very proud of my dad, he lived the American dream- from Brazil my father came to the USA on a student visa - all gone from divorce now though.
Sorry to hear that for your dad but the fact that he has a son that's proud of him and shares it is priceless. There are some millionaires out there who will never experience having a kid that's proud of them.
Ugh seriously! Why is that so true.. All I've been doing these past years is just thinking thinking, researching, planning and not so much doing. 😫
Ready for this one Charles
Ben gave really great ideas!!! Thank you so much for inspiring us charlie.
You’re crushing it!!! Thank you!!

Success depends on your definition of success. It may not have anything to do with material wealth.
Great video charlie! 💰Would love to hear one tip I could do to make my channel better!
Change the wording to 52 Million on the How Much YT paid me video
isn't leveraging credit kinda risky. if you don't get any cashflow with the risk you took, then what
Gotta have a solid business plan and work smart, it’s def risky but no risk no reward
Eric will absolutely get crushed one day. Leveraging credit always works, until it doesn’t.
A lot of great information on here
Charlie thank you so much!, I've learned a lot....
Please interview doctors
I love how vague these millionaires are when giving advice 😂
What would you like to know!? I'm an open book.

I do not get the credit card leverage point ... my bank takes money if I overdraw.
There are different ways, through manufacture spending which you can search online or doing invoicing from friend or PayPal. 😊
Its so much harder to immigrate now. Hope we get a chance to
