Blake is the real deal. He was in my MBA program in California. The guy is out of this world intelligent and very entrepreneurial minded. Highly recommend interviewing him more.
When I first saw the age of Blake, I thought "another spoiled rich kid" , but to my surprise , he turned out to be a very thoughtful, entrepreneurial , humble person. Good job Blake! You deserve what you built!
@@BuffPomsky everyone makes judgments. it's a biological trait humans evolved to have for survival. The difference in what makes you shitty or not is if you act on those judgments. I may have silently judged him, but I would have treated him as I would anyone else.
Experiencing a loss by suicide gives you a whole different perspective on life. Blake seems like a good human. I’m sorry he experienced a loss like that but glad he appreciates time and was willing to share his journey.
This is eye-opening! Its humbling to realize that those people in Bentleys and Ferraris still went through all the hardwork and struggles in their younger years. Thank you for making this video..
I agree with Alex, if you have a goal in mind and you think its achievable don't mind what everybody else says, go for it because sometimes your friends and family might not think that you are capable of achieving it and end up putting you down thinking that they are helping you.
A lot of people don't realize, there are so many ways to make money! These videos are always super entertaining. Keep up the high quality content Charlie! 🙌🏻
Based on everyone else’s comments Blake truly stole the show. I enjoyed his interview and insight on everything. Seemed very down to earth & knowledgeable.
Lots of Blake praises in these comments… and here’s one more! Haven’t finished this video yet, but had to comment. He seems to have such a good head on his shoulders. He’s super inspiring and I appreciate how humble he seems. Kuddos to him.
Let me get this straight. Blake was broke during covid which was about 2-3 years ago. Somehow acquired TEN airbnbs and the best month is 1.7million dollars? Then all these comments that sound like bots are all doing the same type of compliments without questioning. Sounds like all CAP to me
Another great Charlie Chang video! I would love a one on one video with Blake - he was dropping gems. This vid found me at the right time, thank you for always producing quality content 🙏
The last lady said “Before you pay Uncle Sam, before you pay your mortgage, before you pay your auto insurance, before you pay your electrical bill, put money aside for yourself first. People that are wealthy, they pay themselves before paying anyone else.” I think you should pay off all your necessities first before putting money aside for yourself.
That is a poor person’s mentality. No matter how much I made I have always paid myself first. Whether it was 20 dollars a check working at mcdonalds vs the 10’s of thousands I invest now. ALWAYS pay yourself first. Prioritize your savings/investments over other people’s pockets.
Same but I hear people say this. I guess prioritizing it makes it happen instead of after all those things - well I have to pay this too, this too, this too…and there’s no savings left. Maybe it’s just a mindset thing.
People that are wealthy do NOT pay themselves first. Those are wealthy folks without integrity. In my early days, I always made sure I pay my employees first. Then, if there is leftover, then that’s my paycheck.
Lida what a champ! 'Tough times don't last, tough people do' ... this is a brand new one but wow so clear, different way to say the word most pro's use ... resilience. Her's is a way better and more human version.
Blake's nickname is MrFourTwoEight. He owned a 7-figure discord education channel about the stock market, used that money to build his Airbnb empire. Now he makes 7-figures teaching others how to build their own Airbnb empire.
Interviewer: “I wanted to understand how people are like that can afford to eat here” Also interviewer: “oh look, my friend Blake, driving a $500k car just pulled up” Me: ?????
Lot of people involved with real estate here or diversified into it. Great builder of stable wealth. Entrepreneurs are humble through failures and succeed even more after challenges!
Real Estate should NOT be allowed to be treated as an investment if the supply is artificially limited. This prices people out of places, makes buying impossible for working people, and creates a toxic aspiration. I respect the business owners and their achievements but the focus they have on turning a human necessity (shelter) into an income source is disgusting. Blake is cool but it's really concerning how many people aspire to become landlords. Your success doesn't have to come at the detriment of others, but so many people choose that path.
I like these videos a lot, but it sucks when some people leave out important details. Like for Blake, I'm genuinely curious how you can go from having no money at all to owning 25 properties in so few years and also having nice cars? Would you not need something in your name to secure a loan for the first property, e.g., you can't actually be broke? Real estate/running Airbnbs especially is kind of a high barrier to entry. Also, would you not be drowning in debt this early in your journey, as paying off that many properties in so few years would be unheard of, and so also where would the money come from for cars that early on? Like, I'm genuinely curious because, as someone with a lot of experience in that world, that seems impossible, but if it is possible, I really, really would like to know how it's done.
Use to like this channel when it was real. Now he has planned Guest with B-Roll, Ads, TH-camrs, ect. TH-cam Pyramid Marketing. Scattered with a few real interviews.
I’m not clear why everyone is drooling over Blake. Bro is saying everything the cookie cutter motivational influencers say. Try different things, go all in.. wow so insightful..
Blake will be successful and is a great talker. Look at the other comments as proof with that being said a lot of the stuff he said doesn’t add up if you listen. He alludes to being broke during COVID and living with his parents due to a failed clothing business but a few minutes later in a completely different story/context alludes to also having many properties at that time. However to be successful you dont need to be factually accurate or be able to convince everyone so I think he will be successful because he can deliver those incongruent facts with most people not noticing and the people that do not caring

Blake gave the BEST interview in this entire episode! Everything he said was humble and valid!

Right!!! I was getting such amazing vibes from him
Blake seems like a genuinely good guy, glad to see things worked out for him 🙏🏽

"Focus on replacing your salary so that you can buy your time back" - Blake
Holy shitballs that is one hell of a quote to live by. Facts.
Blake is so mature for his age! Good for him and his success being so young. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

aw the way the second guy is hugging his kid during the entire interview is so sweet. his kid looks at him with such admiration it's so cool to see.
You notice how the guy who made $302,021 in revenue in one month mentioned the extra $21. Every penny matters!
Blake seems super cool, you should try and get a real dedicated sit down interview with him. It would be super interesting
Carbon copy of what Andrew tate encourages unless you wanna see Blake killed I wouldn’t want him on again and lives his life helping others.

Wow, I want to hear more from Blake! What a motivational and kind person!
Lida is one wise lady. My favorite advice in this video. Short and sweet.
