Michael has later told that it was Andy's way to insult him. In those days Michael and Andy were not on very good terms. Michael felt like he was often underrated by Andy and Andy didn't give a shit. Michael and Andy are also total opposites like day and night. Michael was the only one guy in the band who didn't drink or smoke. So he felt like an outsider because the others didn't respect his values (for example exercising and eating healthy) or at least he thought so. They were often wondering how Michael could smile in the morning when they were having a hangover.
@@AE20 he actually looked pretty hurt by that. I remember reading something he had said about that moment in this interview- so I watched it again knowing that and I could see the hurt in his expression.
