Plateup is if overcooked and cooking mama meshed together and made a roguelike, you create a restaurant as a group and have to survive to your 15th day. If a single customer is un happy, the whole restaurant closes down.

They could make the flower pot's black flowers send customers away but they return eventually, still has the same functionality but it doesn't just remove them entirely.

Could you do a conveyor sushi style setup where all your plates go on a revolving conveyor past customer tables and they pick up their own meals?

yes, i've done it with burgers. the limiting factor is conveyor speed, you get to a point where the conveyors just dont move the food fast enough and you get customers waiting outside

I didnt know you had to put a plate for display stands? I always put stuff on without the plate... does it not work if you do that? Or is it only for certain dishes (i did it for dumplings recently)

43:45 how do they know the tables are wrong? I assume they mean the plates wont end up by the grabbers, but I have no idea how to tell

The number above the table is where the plates will go.
Thats how they knew those two tables were wrong as the number above the table wasn't next to the grabber.
The number is above the last table placed so you can just pick up and put back down the table you want dirty plates to appear on
