This is anxiety inducing, and I'm loving it. Counters for days, more space than any man can ask for, still insists on having everything stuffed in the kitchen and walking 50 miles between prepping and serving the customers, even with the prep station it's still just placed far away from everyone.
My favorite is bear moving the clean dishes from the counter to the rack to get them back after he bunned the burger and then placed the plate back on the same counter. All the time
I feel like if they put the counters on the other side of the window it would make the kitchen much bigger and give more counter space with no downside
Watching them run across the entire restaurant when they have a ton of space right by the kitchen they could have tables set up in while also cutting the cheese on the floor instead of in the kitchen when they have no problem getting burgers out is so aggravating.
I love the plateup content and I will cherish each video. It encapsulates the anxiety and agitation you only get when you're with your friends and you're expecting them not to fuck up only for you to fuck up and it's a cycle of high energy.
This is the kind of content I've missed on this channel. Seeing the NLSS members playing games like this is always some of the best content their is. I love Malf, and Sips but seeing Baer and Apollo in more videos again makes me super happy.
Same. I especially love seeing Baer again. He's also just a total beast at games like this. He's an absolute monster at Cook Serve Delicious games so I knew he'd kill it in this one lol.
Malf said the twitch integration queue was over 700 people long. Which means that all of the orders were inputted at the start of the run, when they only had one item, and therefore everyone typed "!order 1", but when the cheese was added, that became what was selected by "!order 1", so all the orders were cheese. Just a theory though. Maybe the queue doesn't even work like that
Love the pogging content. Only tip I would give is that the table layout and quantity is what lead to this defeat due to the amount of travel time each order/dish took.
They should have prioritized the single diners when the queue was building up. They cook so fast anyway that letting the doubles wait a bit don't matter much
The single diners at the double tables. I noticed that clearing the bar table sometimes didn't change the queue outside at all, because there was no single diners.
If you moved those counters, the ones next to the passthrough window, from inside the kitchen to outside, you would get 5 places to put things instead of 3. I fast forwarded to see if they ever figured this out, but nope.. Fun game though!
Honestly probably even 7, top right next to the door and bottom left on the outside wall would be accessible from the corner of the wall easily. Plus a lot of room in the kitchen. Might as well move the sink out there as well for easy washing
90% of the sandwiches I eat are, soft hamburger rolls, some ham or if I'm feeling exotic some salami or deli roast beef, and butter. And I'm talking one slice of meat, 2 if they're thin. Sometimes I add an auxiliary sauce like hot sauce or mayo. Sometimes I'll add some sliced raw onion. I feel like sometimes with a sandwich, simplicity is best. Too saucy is no bueno.
Yall should think outside the box more. Put the dishes in the dining room, burgers don't really need plates in the kitchen at all. Would save a lot of time.
Here in WI, you are required by law to have cheese on your burger. Otherwise you are forced to take a knee and slam a bottle of New Glarus Spotted Cow to restore your honor.
I haven't watched the video yet but I must comment this because they never do it: put your sink outside the kitchen, in the dining room and you will be washing dishes with insane efficiency
JOUUU 5-10% of Austrians eat a Kaiserroll (Kaisersemmel) with just sliced Turkey, beef or pork with maybe 1-2 slices of cheese like Gouda in that bad boy for lunch
Bruh, they spend so much time washing each dish separately, what are these guys doin lol, they bought the rack and didn't even use it and weren't even clearing tables or taking order, just sweeping the floor and washing dishes 😂
If someone is ever standing around while the others have stuff to do then that person needs more stuff to do lol I wish they would give the cook more things like the cheese or fries more
is there a discord or something to find people to play with? It looks so fun but I have no friends on PC unfortunately. I guess I can wait for the hopeful xbox release
every time i see a PlateUp video I have to fend off 30-50 feral pogs
Malph moving a table "one step closer" was a great move. Too bad yall had to walk the entire dining room for all of the tables

This man went from super auto pets to super auto plates and I couldn't be happier :)
I will never get over MALF saying “Pre-jac” the tables
I want malf to pre-jack my [blank]
@@pervasivedoubt150 my TABLE!!! get your mind out of the gutter
That poor unused sink in the top of the kitchen could be in the dining room for emergency table clears and washes, even better if it's the soak sink.
Watching them run across the entire restaurant when they have a ton of space right by the kitchen they could have tables set up in while also cutting the cheese on the floor instead of in the kitchen when they have no problem getting burgers out is so aggravating.
Or putting the power washer on the floor, which would also solve their plating problems
coming home from my 8-5 food service job to watch NL play a game about food service. sounds about right
I love Say Cheese, they serve ice cold fries fresh from their cold storage
The plugin allowing almost every chatter to order cheeseburgers is pretty rough.

I'm loving the plateup content with everyone

Added twitch chat and almost every single order had cheese coincidence, no they wanted them to fail
To be fair, the name the of the restaurant is "Say Cheese!"

23:55 the nonchalant "yeah, nah, makes me wanna throw up" caught me so off-guard lol
Love the pogging content. Only tip I would give is that the table layout and quantity is what lead to this defeat due to the amount of travel time each order/dish took.
Imagine your waiter standing next to you for your entire meal waiting to take your dirty plate the instant you finish the last bite lol
These restaurants with Baer have been fan friggin tastic
Baer is cracked in the kitchen
"I'm not afraid to raw dog it" what a great intro
Time for more PogUp!
43:47 Cuz I'm one step closer to the burg, and I'm about to MUNCH!
"Not afraid to Raw Dog it" -Malf within the first minute of the vid
This is my first time hearing Baer and he sounds so much like Markiplier
I thought it was at first
I had to check the description just to be sure
Point an auto-plater at a hob. As long as it has plates, it'll plate the patty and prevent burn.
40:32 imagine seeing the waiter coming with your order and then he does a loop around your table and gives it to the dude who came in after you.

Folks don't understand, the more you backseat, the less likely we'll see more 💀💀💀
Yall should think outside the box more. Put the dishes in the dining room, burgers don't really need plates in the kitchen at all. Would save a lot of time.
I love this series. Its so funny.
min maxers losing their minds in the comments. love these videos lots of fun ! ! !
Auto player + conveyor belt would work well since it would move the plated food out of the way allowing for more auto plating

Keep the plate up content coming !
Rainy day fast food combo is insane
You're losing so many valuable seconds by having the tables so far apart and so far away from the serving counter
His head shinier than the plates
Baer is like an absolute machine.
Plate-up --> Pog-up. It's a simple equation
I haven't watched the video yet but I must comment this because they never do it: put your sink outside the kitchen, in the dining room and you will be washing dishes with insane efficiency
They are spending all day chopping cheese while bear waits around for them 😅
I liked malf dirty dish as a mid point inbetween tables and dishwasher
Yes chef.
Ngl they be making it detrimental that TL table is far far their server
Top left?
These dudes out here serving frozen fries
When they choose a new recipe what is the -15% icon?
-15% customers (ie when they chose it for the first star the expected customers went from 15->13)
Oh yeah keep these comin.

5 on the outside ? No, 3 on the inside. Argh, I wish I could roll that layout
As someone named josh the last part of this video was slightly disturbing
Watching this as I wait for my In-N-Out order 🤤

Letting chat decide the orders? What could possibly go wrong?
Why are people backseating plateup in the comments rn
If someone is ever standing around while the others have stuff to do then that person needs more stuff to do lol I wish they would give the cook more things like the cheese or fries more

YES CHEF is Malf's YAS KWEEN
Before watching the video, as a Canadian, don't we just also call them burgers? Am I crazy?
I'm disappointed you didn't buy the gumball machine
I thought that was markiplier for a second
I love you Ryan but some of your choices sell the run
Poggor
The cheese was too much
They call it cool burger?
omg yes
Have they ever talked about how MALF's name is too close to MILF?
:3
please do your dishes out front
