This tiny house is filled with so much great design! Mark has done an incredible job with the design and build of his home and it absolutely shows in the results. We hope you enjoy this weeks video tour! With love, Bryce & Rasa
Did you ask how long the building process took? I might have missed it. And I would really like to know! Really enjoyed the tour and your house, Mr. Mark!
I think Mark saying that he's "a bit of a perfectionist" is an understatement - for a DIY build the quality of materials, fit, and finish is truly exceptional! Well done Mark!
I know exactly what he means; although I overthink and overbuilt, there's always a few things I could've improved on. But as a disabled DIYer I'm really proud of my ergonomic kitchen, Ikea hacks and tiny home/studio so despite being a perfectionist, I enjoy my home very much. Just like Mark! I'm taking away a ton of ideas for a next project whether part-time vanlife or improving on my space. Thanks Mark and Bryce, brilliant video and interview ❤️🛠️🙏
In my opinion, Mark is a natural-sounding speaker. With so many great B-roll footage more of Mark's answers could be edited one after another if Bryce would not ask so many too enthusiastic yes-no questions which must be answered with "yeah".
This is definitely one of the nicest homes. Well thought out and nothing flashy. Very substantial too. And not a bad price either. So Mark hit the trifecta!!!
That tug in washer is the bomb tbh... now as a man i like the deep sink for washing off boots, but i'm sure that it will likely be the first to go when ever a female gets into the picture... ;)
@@denisepappas4644 Well most tiny's that i have seen which also or exclusively house women tend to have these shell or bowl type 'sinks' in the shower area. So it's basically a wash things that are really dirty (like muddy boots) in there. Or bleed out a chicken perhaps. This tiny house is one of the nicest tiny homes I have ever seen on living big this guy must have set for hours thinking this home out he could make a living designing homes what a beautiful place I wish I had the money to buy one

Im 16 years old and I want to build my own tiny house one day. I started designing it on paper and its been so much fun. My layout actually looks quite similar to this one and it was really cool to see how my own tiny house could look one day.
Like many here, one day, I'll build my own tiny house. And when Bryce & Rasa come to check it out and ask "what inspired you to go tiny ?", I'll say "you and your awesome channel" ! ;) Great content, as always !
Bryce is the best at interviewing the homeowners. He notices everything and is able to point out features and building components he knows they are proud of. It always makes me smile when he mentions something and the homeowners light up and share proudly. This home is so wonderfully thought out. Mark did an excellent job of putting in everything that makes him comfortable. Great video 🥰. Beautiful home!!!
Someone really invested good time in deciding what was important and baking it into the design. The material selections and components point to a man who is purposeful in life and places quality over quantity. The proportions really make a tiny house feel like a traditional residential home. Thank you for letting us in your home.
The amount of planning that went into this house is evident. Materials, fit and finish top notch. I think this is one of the nicest tiny homes you've shown us, Bryce. Thanks!
I agree completely, I've watched a ton of tiny house videos on this and other channels and I'm not sure I've ever seen a tiny house with every modern convenience appliance, all at full size. And he has enough power to run multiple appliances simultaneously. Every space in this house is fully functional including the living/lounge area with tons of storage and the entire house is aesthetically pleasing. He even has a portable patio. Brilliant design.
His COFFEE BAR! So clever - and often a necessity! Well thought out and beautiful home! You can tell he's comfortable there! 😊 And the between the axle storage!!! 😮 I'm Team soft-close cabinetry. 😌
