I am from Bengal brother, I have two cats , they are not adopted by us , but they lived with us . One year ago I suddenly discovered that in our godown there was a mother cat and 3 kittens ❤️. From then I started to give them food or protecting them from other cats . Now they become a family ❣️❣️
I don't speak English very well because I live in Russia. I really liked the Bengal cat. You love him so much and it's great! I have two cats. I would like to send a photo, but it is not possible on TH-cam. They are just as cool and funny, each with its own character. You have a great youtube channel, keep making videos. There are a lot of bad events in the world now, let there be more joy and kindness.🤗😊❤️
Thank you for sharing some love! Totally agreed… I’m glad I can bring some wholesome content every now and then… If you want to see more of Mia, she’s got an Instagram account with loads of content ❤️ @outdoorbengal
Don't think like that. I don't impose. I will not hide, I liked you as a person and I would like to communicate with you. 🙂🙋♀️If you do not mind. Just lately, kind and smiling people. Everything can be because I live in Russia😅😂🤝few smile here;(
Hi, just found your channel and i’m so glad because i just adopted a 2 month old kitten and wanted to start training him but didn’t know how. Your videos make so much sense! Could you do a video about how to teach your cat to say hello by placing their paw in your hand?
I accidently taught my cats my cats to wait for their food the same way I did with my dog. They also eat next to eachother in the same order because im ocd af hahaa which was really funny once I noticed.
🤩😍👏🏻Albert has been helping me with my Bengal cat Emma since I saw him on TH-cam. Then I joined Patreon and became a member! He’s been helping me with Emma’s separation anxiety, I started to walk her on a leash. She now comes when called and going to the vet is no longer such a big deal since I began following his advice with the carrier. Albert has been really nice and careing…And Mia is such a cute girl!!!…The next goal is to open my yoga studio with cats helping to heal. I’m counting on Mia’s and Albert’s help.😜 BTW: loved the collab with “All about Cats.” Can’t wait to have my Outdoorbengal harness.

I’m so thankful I found your channel! We have two 7 year old indoor cats and who knew you could teach an old cat new tricks! I’ve started clicker training with them and I found one of our cats is significantly more receptive and eager to learn, while our other cat seems more timid. Do you have any suggestions for how to clicker train multiple cats without confusing them when they hear the click since they seem to be learning at different paces? Thank you for all your wonderful content and helping us strengthen our bond with our cats!
I would probably isolate one in a room for training at a time at first. If they hear a click near them when they aren't training and aren't getting a treat I'd imagine it would confuse them. If they learn to associate the click with the specific room, and their own individual training for a while you should be able to concretely reinforce their training without confusing any of the cats. Once you feel all cats are solidly in the training program and will realize you only train 1 cat at a time and it's the one you're staring at then I think you can move out of the room. But I only have 1 cat, and I'm guessing lol. Good luck tho!
First, thank you so much for the content!! You made me aware of clicker training for cats, and now my girl and I are training every day! I want to get her walking outside eventually, but I was wondering if you have any thoughts about how to do this safely regarding letting them interact with potentially toxic plants or running in grass where there are fire ant mounds or stickers/burrs. How should I navigate these dangers?
I'm so glad clicker training is going well! My POV is that cats are very good at surviving and very unlikely going to do something that harms them. Outdoors main problems are dogs, predators and cars. As long as you control those, you should be good. I've got some content in the channel that might help!
I just wanted to drop a line here to thank you!! You inspired me to take my kitty (Pepe, we are Italians eheh) outdoors and he absolutely loves it. Every morning when I approach the door he dashes to the chair I have him sit for putting the harness on. Then outside he climbs every tree he finds... though half of the time I have to climb to get him down because he's still scared to jump back on ground from high branches XD at least I can lure him back with finger targeting until I can reach him, which I also have you to thank for! I have to teach him to follow back on the trail of the leash so he doesn't get too tangled up when he climbs though, as we are not ready to free the leash yet.
Thank you SO MUCH for taking a moment to write the note! Regarding the leash getting tangled, I use a rope leash and I untie the knot at the end, so it can run free even if she doesn't come back following her own steps. This is the leash: amzn.to/3zVoMZj
@@OutdoorBengal thank you!! This is definitely ending up in my shopping cart along side the harness!! He slips away from the petSafe one, the little weasel! It would save so much trouble 😂
I love your videos! How often do you repeat a trick before teaching your cat something new or adding a new element? Do you keep repeating the same for a few days, a week..?
Hi! I love all the cat training videos! I'll be adopting two adorable cat brothers next week and I'm already thinking about the useful tricks I want to teach them. Do you have any advice about training cats when there are two in the house? Is it better to keep them separated for the training sessions? Can I use a clicker for both of them and won't the other cat be frustrated/confused by hearing the clicker sound when I'm training the other cat? Even if he's in another room I think he could hear it through the door.
My siberian kitten is 5 months old and I've been using treats and clicker training to teach him finger targeting, sit and high 5 so far. He's super smart and has picked these up really quickly, but he will only do it if I have treats. Do you have any tips? I'm pleased he's clever enough to realise that if there is no reward it's not worth the effort but it's hard to progress with training further because of this.
will a clicker app on my smartphone also work? :) I really love your videos! I just got a cat and she already nows finger targeting and sit thanks to your help :D
Hi ❤I have a cat and a parrot and a lot of plants. Because my cat does not behave well with the parrot and my plants, I have to keep my cat in the room and only sometimes bring him into the living room. What should I do if my cat's behavior with the parrot and The plants will get better. This issue bothers me a lot
It takes alot of patience, my persian cat already learned how to sit and lie down however there are times that she is lazy, she's not making any move to follow on my commands. What is the best thing to do?
So I'm a little late but what if your cat doesn't like treats? She likes tuna but we can't give her a lot of tuna or she'll get sick and throw up on my bed or the carpet and I can't really get mad because she probably didn't enjoy it either, throwing up is not a pleasant experience but I don't want her to feel that and I don't want to clean it up
I feed her raw treats, my cat Mia likes freezed dried chicken a lot: amzn.to/3FviIYa Try reading this article, I cover the topic in depth! www.outdoorbengal.com/blogs/clicker-training-cats/my-cat-doesnt-like-treats-train-a-cat-thats-not-food-motivated
There are many good alternatives! A word cue like "YES" or "GOOD" work well. Also snapping fingers it's an option. The only call out is that you have to be consistent with the noise, regardless of what it is, or the sound will be meaningless!
