Thank you so much for these videos, they are helping me so much with my Danish. I was so excited that I screamed when I found out there's no conjugating in Danish. I've been studying French for 3 years and have always been horrible at remembering to conjugate verbs. Tak (beaucoup)!

Same I found out that danish language is much easier than French , French language has a lot of grammars and basics which made me hate this Language so much ( I've been studying French for 14 years and still can't speak it fluency )

I like how Danish is similar to Dutch in one way but not even close in the other way XD

Thanks for this...and please do use grammar terms. We're language students after all, however informal, and some of us actually do know the terms and like to hear them. Tak ;)

I prefer to learn languages like children do, which is undoubtedly the best way, and when you learn your mother tongue as a young child you do not know or worry about grammar terms either, you simply dive into the language. So no, please no confusing grammar terms, thanks. As language students you’d be familiar with them anyway, so no need to waste time with those again

I have greatly been enjoying your lessons as a way to review and practice my Danish.
I'm curious; where are you from originally (I know you're British, but I can't quite place the accent), and how did you learn Danish to the point that you sound exactly like a native speaker? Are your parents Danish or did you live in Denmark for an extended period of time?

Wow these lessons are great! Some really nice videos about danish. The thing about danish is that the language itself is trying to sell me a one big FUCKYOU, full of love.

I cannot pronounce the soft d for the life of me 😊🔫🔫🔫🔫🔫

    • @legaleagle46

+Rebeca Cervantes It's easy, really. It's exactly the same sound as the '"th" in English "mother" or "father" or the "d" in Spanish "nada" or "día."

@@legaleagle46 It's not like the English "th" or the Spanish "d". They are relatively similar, but no way they are identical. Also the Spanish "d" and the English "th" are not identical and, sorry for that, even the "d" in the Spanish words "nada" and "día" is not the same.
