I’m confused. I have a house in Manchester, my mortgage has just gone up to £890 a month from £249. My tenant has been paying paying £1200 a month for the past two years and his contract is up in April. Could I be making more money by adopting another kind of business model?

No these people say they’re making 5k profit but forget they got a mortgage and maintenance costs
