Question 🤚 using the hard money strategy don't you still have to come out of pocket and put your own money down? I saw where hard money lenders were only doing 70-75 percent loan to value. I found some that will finance 100 percent of the deals. But it seems like you need to have a track record to work with those lenders before they give you anything. Which is only fair. And What's up with the mentor program?
It is difficult to make exact projections for the housing market as it is still unclear how quickly or to what degree the Federal Reserve will reduce inflation and borrowing costs without having a substantial negative impact on demand from consumers for anything from houses to cars.
