Sir i bought Mm steam all. Now the bottom is not getting heated. When contacted customer care there is no proper response. Is there any way i can get the steaming part alone or can you repair and give it.

Pathetic customer service. . Products are really good but highly disappointed with customer service non of them pick the call nor respond in WhatsApp as well. . I made payment but my product not yet delivered it’s been almost a week. . I tried all the no’s given on their website non of them are least bothered to respond. . If owner is reading this comment pls look into this team sir. .
Okay sir we understand your issue but we already mentioned the delivery time in website that delivery time is 10 to 15 working days from the booking date pls do check that also
Please bring without plastic and possible 10 idlis. Simple and no need for extra small idli and steamer.
