This is a very beautiful home. The kitchen is gorgeous, albeit small for a home of the size, but at least it's augmented by the additional scullery. I'm not typically a traditional home fan, but that entrance hall, staircase, and upper landing are just stunning.

Just for fun, I'm guessing the house hasn't been occupied for a while. The books on the open shelves and coffee tables look like they were put there 30 minutes ago for show 🙂
It's called staging. The Americans do it a lot on shows like selling sunset, million dollar listings, selling Beverley Hills. Love looking in fancy homes.
@@andreemichaels6476 👋👋Me too. I wonder when they'll find a way of populating the tours with people pretending to live there. That's something I'd like to see. Nothing crass, but maybe people cooking breakfast/parking the car/working in the study? And in the UK anyway interiors with lights on, on a winter's evening.

Not all houses in Hampstead have pools it’s personal preference to be honest - most houses on The Bishop’s Avenue or Winnington Road have large gardens and swimming pools

Can't believe how crazy expensive real estate has gotten, 10 million for a 7 bedroom house with neighbors both sides? The house is stunning don't get me wrong, but 10 million?
This is cheap compared to Mayfair and Chelsea in the West End of London. North London is down market in comparison. A house like this in Chelsea in a more late Georgian or Regency context will be £50 million plus.

Only suitable if you have a very large family &/or do a lot of hosting of friends or colleagues. Otherwise far too much trouble. Even if I had the money, I wouldn’t want it.
Same I’ve rented a home similar in size but a fraction of that rent . 5 years of great memories raising the children there but too many hours spent cleaning the house . You need outside help to clean those places or teens old enough to help. Not wise to move in with young kids. How about some hand painting on the walls😂 thankfully it was water soluble . It ticked all the boxes except slightly smaller rooms would have been great . And the hallway was big enough to drive a truck through 😂

Stunning home, but with hideous interior decoration. Cold, sterile and not at all appropriate for the house.
I wonder how close to Regents Park this is, because I see it's in Hampstead....I've lived in large cities, so I don't mind neighbors if I can have no outside walls touching the next door property. I need to go back and see if you showed us that structure connected by the glass hallway. 10 million if it's close to Regents Park is a fair price. I do like more historical features integrated with modern style. This home seems comfortable, stylish, and well thought out for someone who has friends and family that visit often. I think if you don't have live in staff, I'd turn that room into a well fitted gym area. But that's just me.
I see now that the main kitchen was the add-on through the glass hallway, very nice.
It’s 3.9miles from Regents Park.
Which is 22 minutes by car …..on a good day.

That flesh coloured wallpaper in the bathroom was revolting. Absolutely loved the study and the staircase is gorgeous. Just a tad out of my budget though. I'm more of a £9.5 million kind of gal. XD

Nice house and video. One small point. Unique means "only one of" so therefore you cannot say very unique. It should just be "unique". You could say "very different" if there are other similar things that you are describing

@@katie8325 It matters because it is not correct. It is just as easy to speak correctly as it is to speak incorrectly. If people post videos that are watched by many viewers, they should be accurate. Either something is unique or it is not unique and the viewer should not be in any doubt as to which it is. Use of "very" is not necessary.

I'd like more detail re brands of lighting and furniture plus name of tile design...I feel like I'm being told the obvious. I'm not one of them but I'm sure anyone with the money to afford this property wants to know those details too. 'this room is of a really good size...' ok then tell me the square footage of the room

Also they rarely cook in these kitchens - they mostly book themselves in to a top central London restaurant that has a waiting list of months every day
