In any home, whatever the price, I do like to see a separate family BATHroom, unless everyone has their own ensuite bath and shower, would also prefer a boundary and better privacy from the neighbours. Gorgeous house but that hallway at the front door is too narrow. Staircase should have been wider. Why not make it bigger?? So much wasted space in the kitchen. The top of the stairs too big waste of space. A reading nook is dumb. Nobody is going to sit in a chair in the hallway to read. Make the bedrooms bigger.
