    Very helpful.
    Pls,..
    How is Productivity rate calculated?
Is is per one labour or per labour crew in that particular activity..For example, In Painting Activity that has quatity of 1000 square meter and the productivity is 100 meter square/day. is this 10 meter square/day for one labour(painter)?
Again, must we need to add the labour helper is our resource-loading?

Awesome Ahmad. How do we bring this weekly progress as a column into p6? It means I will update/reschedule the programme weekly, so is it possible to show this weekly planned% in Primavera, too? or do we need to take the weekly actual % (say duration %) into Excel instead? cheers

Thank you for your feedback, Kambiz. It depends on your project specification. If you reschedule program every week, then I suggest you look at Schedule % Complete.
