    Thank you for this tutorial! Maybe you can help me with the following question. Ok, we added quantities for each activity here, and then got the sum of all the quantities at the WBS line (node) which is not desired because we have different UoM. So, is it possible not to sum these values at WBS level??

      Hi Ayebida,
      You can get this columns in several ways, on of them is to add a new materials resource. To do that go to Enterprise then choose resources... then from there you can add a new resources from many choices like labours, non-labours and materials ... etc. Hope this is useful ❣️

    I am facing an import issue after calculation. The sumif formula was not working in the Excel sheet, so I removed the error in the Excel cell and converted it to a number. After the formula worked and when I imported the file it was successful.

    Hi, as the Unit of Measurement for different types of activities are different, the quantity histogram and s-curve is not reasonable. Is there any good method to show the quantity of different types of activities and generate graphs for different types of activities separately?

    • @extrainch4188
      @extrainch4188  ปีที่แล้ว

      Sure it can be done, one of the methods is to assign an activity coding to activities and filter those reasources using activity coding.

      Hi Mohammed
      This depends on many factors like the items and the ability of labours. This can be different from one company to another at the same country and it can be different from one area to another. Anyway, I can provide you with a standard manpower productivity at your email.

    • @usmanshani2
      @usmanshani2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Logically it is not correct. But he added qty as non labor unit. so P6 is treating it like hours.

    For manpower calculation, why do you calculate the average by an average of 260?

    • @pohhio

      52 weeks (1 year) x 5 days work week = 260

    • @usmanshani2
      @usmanshani2 ปีที่แล้ว

      manhour got distributed monthly, then he divided with no, of working hours per month to get no. of person. when you add calendar of 6 working day with 10 hour per day work, monthly hour will become 260.
