Once your schedule is resource loaded, you can go to View -> show on bottom -> activity usage spreadsheet. On the bottom you can see the activity usage spreadsheet, then you can customize the spreadsheet field to get the desired result. Once you do that, just copy and paste it into Excel.

Effort appreciated but you can also get your actual budget unit from P6 when you are updating progress in p6
Yes you can get both the Earned Units & Actual Units from P6 if you update your program.
