Sue don't ever feel bad about living with your parents. I lived with mine until I was 36. I miss them everyday. I hardly see them now and regret with every emotion I have. Believe me your parents are the one and only constant, that will love and protect you with every breath and beat of their heart. Living with them is as essential as oxygen. ❤❤
As always, your honesty is so refreshing and admirable. I think it's wonderful that you live with your parents and help them, that love and quality time that you 3 share is priceless. ❤
Sorry to hear about your mum and her MS, such a horrible illness x And, there's no shame living at home, especially during these times of ridiculous cost of living.
I live w/my parents. You’re lucky to have folks so loving. I, too, have an ex-well, a few of them actually...and I’m burnt out on relationships knocking on 50. I want peace in my life. My parents are aging and they need help..also my older brother passed away. I’m all my parents have now. So my focus is on their needs and I’m totally over the frustration of relationships. I want to chill. I’m so thankful I’m here for my parents..both of them have health issues. I am the happiest I’ve ever been. Never in my life have I felt good honestly. Living w/my folks is the best! I’m not saying I won’t be in an other relationship but I don’t want the complications that relationships bring. Like you, my focus and energy for the next 10 years is solely on my parents and what they need.
I am 38 years old with MS and I currently have to get around with a walker…and let me tell you first hand, what you are doing for your parents, is beautiful! Don’t listen to the hateful comments. THEY are the losers!! Love your channel…I personally collect records, but I love all physical media!! 🤗🤗

i have been following your channel for a while loved the blu ray collections , but since you have been posting more about yourself it has really gave a personal connection between you and your subscribers , and i really like these videos.
@MoviesSue You're welcome! In a way, I can relate. My dad passed away over 22 years ago and my dog (avatar) almost 5 years ago so it's just my mom, brother and I living together. Being the breadwinner in my family isn't easy, but I love them even though my brother is pain in the you-know-what. Anyways, some people who pre-judge others are a waste of time. My mom once told me, "don't worry about what other people think of you. It's not like they're the ones who put food in your mouth."
Don't be ashamed of your situation. We need to take care of our parents as they're the ones that raised us and gave us so much. I still live at home with my mom, she is fully retired, but with my job I've been able to provide for her. She's done so much for me and my brother especially after my father passed away when I was young. I owe it to my jefita and happily provide for her.
to be honest i never even thought about it, as you said it works plus you have both privacy and company if you want it and its got nothing to do with anyone else
I took care of my mom in her final days and it was quite testing at times however, my wife would remind me that you are gonna miss having her around to do these things for. Sue I think it’s great your living with your parents, it means you get more time with them everyday! Our daughter who is almost 21 still lives with us while she’s in college and we love it. It means so much more time with her. She doesn’t want to move out until she’s engaged and she hasn’t ever been on a date. We love having her still in our home and we told her no rush even if it takes 10 more years! Sorry to hear about your mom’s health. I’m sure they love having you around
Fun fact: I never knew that the term "living at home" meant living with your parents until a few years ago! I just thought it meant you live in your home 😂
My mother always told me she was happy to have a daughter because daughters come home to help. She did this for her parents and I will do this for her. You are a being a wonderful daughter. Keep on rocking!
I feel for you mom, truly. I also have MS. Was diagnosed when I was 32 and life has thrown a few curve balls at me since . I wake up every day thankful I have a husband and a son and a support system for all the MRI’s and monthly injections, etc, on top of the random problems like not being able to run anymore. I don’t know what I’d do without that support system. I love that it sounds like you are one of your mom’s biggest supports! That warms my heart. ❤️

Great video as always Sue, love that you are so open about things when you really don't owe anyone an explanation about your situation, its none of their business, have these people not seen the news stories of more older children living with their parents, especially these days, its great that you get to be with your parents and help them out.. keep up the videos I look forward to them everyday = )

Sue I normally don’t get involved in issues like this but this hits close to home with Me. So I just hope You don’t get mad at Me and block this post. First off : You don’t have to explain or express to ANYONE why You live at Home. Secondly, This subject hits to close to home for Me. Now as You and Durant’s Cinema knows about My fight with Stage 4 Inoperable Double Lung Cancer. I moved out of My apartment which I LOVED not because I couldn’t take care of Myself but for Health reasons. When My Oncologist and My Primary Doctor told Me that He thought it was time for Me to relocate so I’m closer to the Hospital I did exactly that. My Sister asked Me if I was ok with moving in with Her and My Nephew I thought that was divine intervention on God’s behalf. I was about to ask My Sister if I could move in with Her but thanks to God’s intervention I never had to ask. And My Sister moved Me in with Her and My Nephew without hesitation or and any discussions. So in closing Susan : You don’t have to explain Yourself. You’re a Grown Woman and haters are gonna hate no matter the reason or reasons You give. So Susan I hope You allow this post. Remember this always We and God loves You no matter what.
Susan i think its a very noble thing you are doing by helping your mom and dad this way and if you get to live there thats a bonus. So what if you live with your parents, that's your decision and for no one else to judge. I hope you can be happy together for years to come 💪
My mother’s health started to decline in my 20’s and became physically disabled. My sister and I both became her caretakers and neither of us were married. But truly it is what families do is to care for each other. Like you, we both had great relationships with our mom. No way was we gonna put her in a nursing home. A couple years before she passed, she developed cancer. We were with her through it all and have no regrets. 😊
I know the feeling Sue, as I had to take care of my mother when her MS got worse where she couldn't walk or drive anymore. You take good care of your mother don't worry about what some nitwit says about you living in your parents basement. (Don't be surprise that they're doing the same thing but their parents aren't sick).
I see this as a perfect situation, spent time with your folks, help them, you will definitely appreciate this time in the future. People call others losers for many reasons, none of them valid or true, people habe different paths and journey in their lives that outsiders know nothing about.
I totally understand what you are saying i live with my mom because i'm on Disability & i can't take care of myself & i'm going on 30 years old in February
I live at home too as a single middle aged man. It’s in my culture to take care of our aging parents. Wish more people did and stopped shaming others. No need to listen to the negativity around this.
It's a blessing that you are able to live home and assist your parents. We would do the same if our parents needed it. Families living together is ideal, especially in these times. The doubles enjoy living together. The bonus is getting to split all the cost!!! We also love each other's company😊
Living with your parents is better than living on your own, feeling lonely and like you haven't got anyone at least you have your family and if you get on with them that's even better.
I think you are an awesome person. There is nothing wrong with living with your parents since you are helping them. I was the main caregiver for my mom who had Parkinson's. She has been gone since 2003. I also helped look after my dad too (he was a WWII veteran). He has been gone since 1992, I miss them both. I did the caregiving from 20 until I was almost 40 but my husband helped with my mom. I wouldn't have been able to keep going on my own.
Sue i been there where your at, instead my mom lived with me and i took care if her without the help of siblings until she peacefully passed away two years ago. And i still collect physical media and in some ways it was a coping mechanism. Im here to say keep your head up its none of our buisness. And for those who are harsh in thier judgement u just have to ignore it. Keep doing what your doing your mom needs you and trust me God will bless you in the long run!
You don’t owe anybody an explanation. Just because you made a channel for us to enjoy does not give anyone the right to judge you. You are awesome for helping your mom (and dad) out during this time. Tune the noise out. Live your life. Spend as much time with your family while you can. Don’t let the people who come into your channel spoil that. Take care and we will enjoy the background for the 10 plus years. :)
I totally get it susan. No need to explain yourself. It is no one's business. I live with my parents for the exact same reasons and I have received the same back lash. God bless you and your family.
You have it the best, I'm 30 and yes, my psychical media did put me in a bit of debt. Sadly, I live alone and no backup so all bills and responsibilities is on me. I wish I could live with my parents again and save money. Don't listen to these ignorant people.
Sue it is amazing that you live with your parents and help them out. In other cultures around the world it would not be an issue. Besides the folks calling you a loser are probably snotty hipsters who may have their own places. Yet their rents and mortgages are probably paid for by Mommy and Daddy. In other words take everything with a grain of salt.
I don't judge anyone for living with their parents, especially those of us in our forties whose parents need help due to age and/or illness. My sister had Multiple Sclerosis, so I know how awful that can be. I really only moved out three years ago because my dad wanted me out, while not really realizing how much I helped them out. I don't miss living with them since I'm hot blooded and they keep the house too warm, and since my dad can be a real a-hole. I do miss having disposable income, and not having to go real far out of my way to help them.
As someone who has MS, every one who has it has a totally different experience and limitations. Also, I am 56 and live with my parents after I went through a second divorce (but I’m not giving up) . I also love buying movies and music but have cut way, way back. Since my TH-cam channel is not about movies, I never get any thing sent to me. I hope the best for you. Never let anyone discourage you and just ignore the haters. 🙏
80K cds and near minimum wage jobs for me. I never went into debt nor had a credit card but thought nothing of spending $200 on a rare cd while cleaning toilets/pushing shopping carriages. Furthermore I had to quit a year ago to look after my mother who just turned 79 and can't get around. They had rentals and investments and my mother signed everything over to me 3.5 years ago. I've had more fiscal restraint after she did that. My father passed 6 years ago and suffered immensely from Alzheimer's.
Honestly, I think it’s perfectly fine to live at home with your family. I don’t see why people look down so negatively on that. I lived at home to help take care of my parents as they got older till my middle 30, well have an amazing GF. Also I do not like to be at home alone. I don’t care who you are, It doesn’t feel good coming home to an empty apartment or house. I like people around me. now that I’m in my late 40s I’m really glad I did because I built a lot of good memories and there all gone. I feel like most people just wanna live alone so they could hook up with other people constantly, which is not a good thing.
@ i’m sorry to hear that and I have been where you are. I really hope you find the right person and you change that situation. Also check into the building rules because you might be able to get a dog, if it’s a therapy dog. It’s very easy to get a therapy dog. My friend purchased a dog and got it listed as a therapy dog and they let it stay in her building so you might be able to do the same.
I never got along with my parents. They were/somewhat still are toxic overcontrolling parents who have no respect for my privacy. But on the other hand they are still willing to house and feed me as long as I pay them rent. My father told me to immediately get a full time job as soon as I got out of college or else I'm kicked out of the house. I never got a chance to grow and discover who I really am and what I want to be.
Christina Applegate has MS and she’s now using Arm Crutches because of it… Momma Blu-Ray looks like she’s handling it well! Thank God… MS sucks… Never explain yourself to these haters Sue. Under a better circumstance I wish I had your opportunity because if the House ain’t paid off I would help pay it off faster… Till you own it. I live in my Apartment rent is $3K a month I moved over here to be close to Disneyland since I work there! Thats the only reason why I’m here currently I’m going to be saving for a house boy I already know what that’ll take… But I will get there… Be great full always Sue! 😊
I live with my mom too. Its no ones business. People like to attack people for things like this, and they shouldn't. Its no ones business. Tell them to ftfo. You live your life. The more you tell people about your life the more people use against you. They either support you or they dont. You do you.
What kind of rude people we’re asking you that? It really is none of our business. I never thought about it. Families living together under the same roof was the norm until the 1960s in the US. In other countries it is still done and the family helps each other. Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family. ❤
I'm your age and at home. I'm single. No kids. Don't want them, and can't afford 1700 or 1800 a month in rent to get an okay apartment to live in by myself. I suppose I could get a roommate to split costs if push came to shove but I'd rather be at home helping with bills here. Our situation is going to become the norm because trust. Things are not going to get less expensive anytime soon.
Loved this video. You are lucky to have such a great family and you are a great daughter. I'm proud of you. Now please point me in the direction of anyone messing with you...👊🥊

You know being on the internet you're going to run into some narcissists that want to put you down. There's various reasons why a person might live at home. Like after breakup. Health issues. Living in an area with high rents. I'm night have been curious but I wasn't worried about it
Don't listen to the haters SUE. Nothing but trolls with no life. I am 44 and I still live with my parents. Granted there was 15 years when I lived on my own but my parents need help. My Mom can barely walk and my Dad has Parkinson's. I have been in many deadbeat relationships and I was engaged to a girl together for 7 years but brokeup after she cheated on me. Granted if I was married and had a kid I could not help as much but I am single and us single folks need to help when we can!

You take good care of your mother don't worry about what some nitwit says about you living in your parents basement. (Don't be surprise that they're doing the same thing but their parents aren't sick).
Respect u taking care of your mother & parents❤
Sue, I hate that you felt like you owed anyone an explanation. I get it, though. I'm glad you can be there for your folks.
I see this as a perfect situation, spent time with your folks, help them, you will definitely appreciate this time in the future. People call others losers for many reasons, none of them valid or true, people habe different paths and journey in their lives that outsiders know nothing about.
God be with you Susan good job doing the right thing. You are amazing!
God be with you
I totally understand what you are saying i live with my mom because i'm on Disability & i can't take care of myself & i'm going on 30 years old in February
Same I also live at home cause of my Disability and almost 30
I have a lot of Respect for you! Take care of mom because she took care of you. Family is the utmost importance next to Faith. God Bless You🙏🏼
I live at home too as a single middle aged man.
Absolutely!!
Living with your parents is better than living on your own, feeling lonely and like you haven't got anyone at least you have your family and if you get on with them that's even better.
You are a wonderful person be blessed
I think you are an awesome person. There is nothing wrong with living with your parents since you are helping them. I was the main caregiver for my mom who had Parkinson's. She has been gone since 2003. I also helped look after my dad too (he was a WWII veteran). He has been gone since 1992, I miss them both. I did the caregiving from 20 until I was almost 40 but my husband helped with my mom. I wouldn't have been able to keep going on my own.
I completely understand I am 37 and I also live at home
Awesome video. Family first 🎉
Sue My mom had cancer I couldn't help her but you can help your mom that is what you're doing god bless you ❤
Sue it is amazing that you live with your parents and help them out.
My father passed 6 years ago and suffered immensely from Alzheimer's.
your blessed to have parents who are loving and caring. dont mind other people you owe them no explanation. God Bless.❤
Sue, You don't need to explain. Everyone is going through something and all we need to do is be kind to one another. It's simple. 💛🐝💛
So true!
God Bless you Sue !!! I would do the same without question for my parents no questions asked
I can relate to that coming home to my studio with no one waiting for me is sad. I don't even have a dog because they don't allow me to have pets!
Thanks for sharing your story . Keep making videos and let's march to 100k
That's the plan!
Why do you live at home? Because it's your home!
That's unfortunate, I'm sorry.
You’re amazing. Thank you for sharing your story.
Thanks for watching!
No need to explain you’re doing a great thing helping your parents .
Respect to you for stepping up and jumping in. Rentals are not as great as they seem
I've always believed that home is wherever the heart is.
You don't owe an explanation to anybody. Your life is your business.
absolutely nothing wrong with living with your parents still no matter what age
You'd be surprised! Thanks, same to you!
Family first always. No shame in living with parents no matter what age.
I still live at home and i don't explain myself. You're great and it's nobody's damn business.
Thanks for sharing you didn’t need to though your private life is your own business.
Ignore the haters. Most parents dream of having a loving daughter like you. God Bless you and your family!
Thank you!
Don't worry about what other think just keep being awesome 💯
Loved this video. You are lucky to have such a great family and you are a great daughter. I'm proud of you. Now please point me in the direction of anyone messing with you...👊🥊
Sue is such a blessing to me. The trolls are so mean ! They are brave sitting behind a keyboard
@mamabluray3343 Such a privilege to get a reply from you! ❤️ My partner and I are big fans of Sue here in Toronto.
I've been there too with trolls, I heard much the same slurs directed at me online. Stand your ground, you belong and we appreciate you both very much. Solidarity and respect to you, your amazing daughter and family 💪
@@tanyapobuda awww- you are so kind , I appreciate the love & support you give to Susan !
Thank you so much!
That's what up & you're awesome person.
This video makes me rethink about my Attitude and how I treat my mom cause i also live at home almost 30 and we but heads a lot which cause me to call her every name in the book
I lost my mom 2 years ago. Time really is precious. Don’t waste it. Tell your mom you love her and often.
Awww, that makes my heart sad …..
@ I Didn’t mean to make you sad mama Blu-ray
@@blakegullickson726 don’t sweat the small stuff ….. sue gets flustered with me at times , and she just says ‘ we need to change the subject’ , I couldn’t ever imagine her calling me “ every name in the book “ , that would crush me !
@ a lot of my Anger comes From Being Disabled Born with a broken Hand Birth defect and I blame her for it when it was From a stroke before being born
Really no ones business but your own Sue. Who cares what other people say. I mean people get worried about inconsequential things on a physical media channel. Its about movies here.
Good for you sue. Your an awesome lady, keep up the great life of helping your mom and dad. Your the best, we love you your not a losee. Or any other name mean people call you keep it up love you great lady.
You know being on the internet you're going to run into some narcissists that want to put you down.
There's various reasons why a person might live at home. Like after breakup. Health issues. Living in an area with high rents.
I'm night have been curious but I wasn't worried about it
I’m 45 and live at home to help out my dad! Cos my mums got dementia and right now can’t afford my own place
No one's business...my brother moved back home after a divorce and the rest of us were happy to have that reassurance...BTW watch out on collecting....I'm now 70 with a huge collection of cds and dvds and now wish I hadn't....
You shouldn't have to explain your living situation, it's no one's business other than your own, you do what works for you and good on you for taking care of your parents!
Susan u are a good daughter to move back in to help your mom and dad.
Im praying for you Sue for your Mom. i comepletely understand . i wish i could move back in with my mom. i lost my mom a year ago and she had a heart attack and i moved in with her for a bit in college to save money on dorm but i loved my mom so i understand on wanting to move back in. I am so sorry about your Moms health decline. i know your not a loser. Keep your chin up . i am so gald your so open.
Its a shame you have to explain this to anyone. Noone knows what situation or reason someone does anything so they really dont have the right to speak on anyones life. You a wonderful person doing what you need to do and what is best for you and your family.
You seem like a great daughter, Sue!
She is ! ❤
@mamabluray3343 the mother! Hello! I'm happy for you to have such a great daughter.
I try, thank you! Lol
Sue you shouldn't have to explain yourself on certain things. Just keep doing awesome movie videos
You should not have needed to make this video. Ignore the trolls and live your life.
❤ there's nothing wrong with living with your parents who cares what people think they don't pay your rent family is the most important thing in your life I miss living with my mother people have nothing better to do than getting other people's business 🎉
