What a great film. I love the road trip at the beginning through the fog. The atmosphere of Saturday morning heading to a Parkrun . Brilliant. Thanks for posting.
I enjoyed it too recently. I have history in Barton as a large part of my extended family live/lived there. I have a picture of me in Baygarth Park with me in a Pram! That was in the 1960s!
We finally got to Baysgarth so we've re-completed the Yorkshire and Humber region too! We watched your video early this morning before setting off and very much appreciated the toilets info! We went to a local café - Café 20 which did a nice veggie breakfast but disappointing cakes. Thanks for doing these videos 😍
Thanks Ruth 🤗 Is it still muddy or has it dried up? And were the sheep there? I loved this parkrun, hope you did too. Congratulations on being regionnaires again 😃😃😃
Off there in a couple of weeks so very pleased one of Danny’s videos came up on the search 🤔😉 New parkrun county for me - yeh (definitely a thing) Count to 4
Great seeing you again! Yorkshire and the Humber must include the old Humberside county so would include North Lincolnshire and North East Lincolnshire...still get post that says North Humberside until recently 🤣
Another great video, Nicola. I spotted Chris Leonard one of our Run Directors from Lloyd Junior parkrun at the start & his wife, Angela, who was the parkwalker you spoke to. They have done quite a few courses round there as they are often visiting their daughter at Hull University.
Cool run. Those turns looked a little slippery and I could see where it wouldn't be very conducive to a fast run. Looks like a nice park though. It is amazing too how many city names you mention that also exist in the United States, especially in the Midwest. Hope Poppy feels better and can't wait to see what you've got coming up. You always seem to capture the beauty of these events.
Awww thank you 🤗 Yes this definitely isn't a fast course! Hilly and twists and turns! I was in really slippery shoes but it was fine. I went really cautiously around the corners though because I thought they looked slippery too! 🙃
Cracking video Nicola, the trees and fog definitely framed it well. If it's any consolation, it took me about as long as you to work out the course - very quirky
Great video Nicola 😀 love foggy morning and that feeling of eerieness. and do you remember some clown saying crack on Nicola while walking a German Shepherd yesterday when you were running on the Leeds Liverpool canal. That idiot was me 😂😂
@@NicolaRunsthey were and two more for today lol , then it's back to being good lol , we need a treat now and again don't we ? Hope Poppy is feeling better 😊
i had planned to do Huddersfield parkrun today but it got called off due to ice so did Heaton park In Manchester came 69th out of 884 in a time of 22 mins lovely day for it aswell
Have you got the 5K app? If not then download it... Your parkrunning will never be the same again! 😃 It's purple with a white runner. The regions are on there 🤗
I very much admire the values of Parkrun, and it's overwhelming success bringing people outdoors to exercise together!
Oh my goodness same same same! 🤗

I've just watched this as planning to visit in a couple of weeks! Good to see the course in advance so I'm prepared and remember to count to 4!
Lol... Exactly! It's all about the door! 🚪
Lovely to watch, now my local parkrun at home so nice to see familiar faces with my grandma walking it and my dad marshalling.
Awwww lucky you! It's a real parkrun gem 🥰

Awesome, enjoy it. It's a great parkrun 😃 Hooray for Danny 🤣🤣🤣
Hmm that did look confusing but I guess you are ok if there are people in front of you. Looked like a good one for the summer. Thank you for sharing.
It's relatively simple in practice, I've no idea why it is so complicated in theory?! 🤣
What a beautiful park run
It is, I really loved this 😍
Great seeing you again!

Steaming has a different meaning where I come from! 😮

@@NicolaRuns btw, five marathons in a day, cap doffed for even thinking about it. I’ve only ran 5 in my life 😂
Meant 5 in 5! 😀
