Hello Don I have watched a few of your videos of yours recently, I like your methods and explanations. I aspire to one day be even slightly as good as you. I am continuing to try what I have seen you do. Take care David

I do all my stitching by hand with a stich pony. Could probably do the first half ok but man I'm sitting here trying to visualize how in the heck I'd do the other side.

Nice Bag... how exactly do you "rub out" the stitch holes made in error? possible for pricked holes also?

What alternatives do you have for those of us that don’t have specialized leather sewing machines?

Remember there are always some crafters with sewing machines that will do some stitching for others. On light weight leathers some home machines will work. Of course, they may be a charge & shipping charges unless you can find someone local. In years past, I have hand stitched saddlebags - western & motorcycle bags. Yes, it takes time but if you are making them for someone you definitely charge for it.

I have a question, I hope someone can help me. I'm looking for a metal compass like the Don Gonsales one that creates a channel for the seam to pass through, but I don't know what they are called or what brand they are. ??????

Beauty but I'm not keen on the handles. They look too big & chunky.
