    I started doing your facial yoga techniques back in November. I've noticed a dramatic difference. My neck and jaw area look better now than they did when I was younger. My husband knew I was doing the facial exercises and about a week ago he asked me if I would teach him how to do them, because he's so impressed with the significant difference in my overall appearance.     A 70 year old guy. I started these exercises a week ago and my face and neck appear tighter. I have also started the eye exercises hopefully these will help with a bit of sagging under the eyes. Thank you Danielle.

      @@dandelions2414 I guess so. But Also a doctor talked me into thermage ,. It made my skin more loose though it is supposed to get tighter after thermage, Then I was deathly ill. I was already thin but lost a ton of weight. I had metal toxicity from an orthopedic implant but we didn't know why I was sick. It was in me for 4 years and I almost died until I had a proper diagnosis. I lost 50 pounds but did not have 50 pounds to lose. So my skin looked horrible. So I had all kinds of problems with my skin. These face yoga exercises help alot. I used to be a dancer and know how to follow directions perfectly and she is a good teacher!

    This REALLY WORKS. I can’t believe it but I saw changes after the very first time I did all 3 exercises. I felt the muscles nice and tight and I couldn’t believe what I saw when I looked at my face from the side, it wasn’t a magic fix but there was a difference that I was able to see right away. I’m really gonna keep at this. Thank you SO SO MUCH for sharing these techniques!!

    I’m excited. I’m going to start doing these. I’m getting really bad turkey neck and I’m only in my 40s. Way too young to be getting this. I’ll come back in a few weeks with an update.

    I started these turkey neck exercises a few weeks ago, I can feel a tightening and pull as if my muscles were getting strong. At my age though, I hope it at least tightens a tones a bit, I would be happy with that, I have a rather large turkey neck and loose so not sure if I'm too far gone especially at the rip old age of 71. My mother and grandmother had it but not like mine. The problem is at my age I lost a lost of weight and that made it worse, I never had this when I was younger and pretty. I do these exercises twice a day for longer than what you recommend so we will see. I'm also doing along with these 5 Face Yoga Exercises to Tighten a Saggy Neck with you. I hope they at least show a difference with me. Even if I could afford a face lift, I could never go through the pain and who knows what you come out like when you get it done, so many botched procedures and people have died at my age from getting it done. Thank you again and I will persist in keeping it up twice a day. Diane

    I’m gonna try these :) I like that they don’t involve really exaggerated mouth movements like I’ve seen in a lot of other neck toning videos. Those ones did engage my neck muscles, but they felt like they’d eventually cause mouth wrinkles and marionette lines.

    I've read that you shouldn't sleep with your head curled toward your chest as that contributes to a saggy neck. Is that true and is so, what's the best way to sleep to keep your neck stretched?

    Hi, thank you for the video. I have been afraid to do any of these exercises for fear of stretching my skin out and making my underchin worse. Is that something I need to be concerned of? I have read the success comments, but still wanted to ask.

      Just work to your own level. You don’t need to over stretch- just focus on tilting back enough to engage the muscles ❤️

    Hi, I really like your exercises! Can you comment on TMJ? My jaw pops and crunches everytime I open it. Will these exercises aggravate or accelerate it?

      Hi! It’s normal with TMJ to have a little bit of jaw popping & crunching when you open it. It’s fine to continue with the exercises, however, it’s very important that if there is any pain to stop the exercises straight away. It also worth seeing either a chiropractor or a doctor if TMJ pain is a general problem. It’s really good to work at your own level with these exercises even if you only do them at half your capability xx

    Hi Danielle! Just discovered you hoping not too late for me as I am in my late 50's with lots of sagging and lines! My question is: is the goal to target the muscles and not the skin as to not stretch the skin out too much which would cause more damage? Should you just lift your head up slightly as to not pull the skin when doing these exercises?

    I started three days ago I will update in a few weeks I had a weight loss of like 80 pounds and it made my neck look like it’s a little bit saggy like I’m way older than I am I really hope this helps me because this happening to me made my confidence go down a lot

    Thank Danielle for all your wonderful videos. For turkey/saggy neck is it safe to do these daily or only a few times a week. Can it cause more stretching of the skin if done too often?

    I've never had a strong jawline and do not like my side profile. My neck skin slopes down from end of chin rather than defined inwards (if that makes sense). It's probably genetics as I'm not overweight. In your experience, is it still worth trying these exercises?
    Has anybody with similar issues given it a go and had pleasing results?

    TY Danielle . How could you modify the moves where you have to tilt your head back ? I have cervical problems and can’t tilt back completely to do the exercises . Thanks again

      Hello, do the exercises but with your chin parallel to the floor keeping your neck and shoulders very relaxed, just adapt them and tilt your head back, you will still be getting the benefits of toning the neck but without causing any neck issues 💗
