I'm following this video diligently (much to the amazement of everyone around me), but I have a few questions, the first one is - why do we need to place our index finger on our chin in the third exercise? What is the purpose of the finger?

Hi Danielle! I love the video. Would it be ok if I were to do each exercise for 1 minute(or more?) OR - Should each exercise just be done for the amount of time that you have on the video here? Also - Should the exercises be done once a day or can they be done twice a day? I definitely want to tone my neck but I don’t want to strain or overly stretch the skin by overworking it (which can be my tendency with things) so that it could end up being saggier than it is...Thanks so much for your help!💗
The Face Yoga Expert I have another question (sorry!!)... Is there any potential for the kissing exercise(head back and kissing) to stretch out the neck and make the skin saggy, rather than tighten it? Or would this only happen if you do this exercise excessively? I saw another face yoga person on TH-cam say that we can stretch out the skin on our neck(causing saggy skin) with some of the exercises we do...I’m curious about your thoughts on this, and if it’s possible to stretch out the skin from a neck exercise and cause the skin to sag? I’m also thinking of the exercises you do where you open your mouth with your lips wrapped around your teeth and you move your head up and down-Could any of these (maybe if they are done excessively(too often(multiple times during the day) and for long periods of time?)) cause the neck skin to sag instead of tighten? Sorry to bother you! I just do not want to harm my skin. I’m also aware of my own tendency, to go overboard with exercises (do too many or too intensely) so I want to be careful about this for myself to be sure I’m not harming my skin.
