It's really good to see that there are still some parts of the World where you are not cleaned out when you forget to lock up your kit! Thanks for the amazing new Content, Brooksy! Good on you for promoting the Local Business and Guides! That was some epic, decent fishing! Ya LEGEND! Worry about you driving such long distances, though. You're a breath of fresh air on the fishing scene and I so enjoy being a part of your Adventures through your TH-cam Channel! I can't thank you enough! As for the dinged rod? My Grandfather always believed that you molly coddled possessions too much and only started really using things after something like that gave it character. He would always sing that the "first scratch is the deepest" in an off key and husky baritone when stuff like that happened. Oupa Schalk was a rare man who grew up desperately poor and took great care of his possessions but embraced the philosophy that fair wear and tear was noble and inevitable. I still have his old Bakelite Alpha Reel. It's one of my most treasured pieces of fishing kit, along with your Yeeman Lure! Epic, Brooksy! Absolutely EPIC!
