    Holy cow, Jessica! That workout was fantastic! I'm a 35 year old guy and I'm doing pilates to help with back pain, gain strength and flexibility. I've been doing your videos daily for five days and I feel a little bit better already. Thank you! 😄

    LOVED this workout! helped me a lot that there was little pressure on the wrists and forearms (though i've been doing your stretches and strengthening for them, which are great too). thank you so much for your excellent videos.

    Thank you so much for this quick and effective workouts, Jessica. Actually, for the past week, I have felt a bit uncomfortable and some pressure down there, so I followed your exercises for pelvic floor strengthening/easing prolapse.

    It was definitely an effective workout, especially for my abs, but sometimes I found your instructions unclear. Perhaps it's because I'm more used to yoga, but when I'm in a position where I can't see my phone, I want to know exactly what to do. For example, when we were in the bridge pose with one leg raised and you said lower it halfway, I assumed you meant the leg and not the bridge. Overall, though, I appreciate the video and that you are willing to share your physical therapy knowledge and expertise with us.
