How do you know this is the strongest peptide? I always known Maelove to be a very small company and it's not really backed by any facts.. so this is interesting to hear!

This serum looks a lot like The Ordinary Multi-Peptide + Copper Peptide 1% serum that is $30. Both have copper pentode, a lot of different peptides and arginine. The Ordinary serum is $31 versus $48 for the Maelove product.

I was just thinking about purchasing a new serum with peptides so this was perfect timing👌 Also I wanted to report back to you how much you've helped my skin. I have started using a few of your reccomendations recently. My face was really dry, dull and flaky and it seemed like no matter how many layers of products I put on it just wasnt really doing much for me and I was still so dry and tight. I got the Loreal glycolic acid face wash, and the CeraVe skin renewing night cream you reccomended for dry skin to minimize trans epidermal moisture loss and the two have made a huge diffrence! My skin is super smooth and no more flakiness from the face wash and the cream helps my skin stay hydrated long term under my other face cream. And everything is so cheap! Thank you so much, I cant wait to try more of the stuff you reccomend. You're literally my skin angel lol 😂😇

You honestly produce amazing content. As long as you know what you’re doing, I know that dermatologist look after every one of us. Not that I have one, but honestly, I believe that you know what you’re talking about. But the winter shouldn’t just be about taking care of our faces. As a dermatologist, you stand on your feet a lot, unless you’re treating patience while sitting down. The winter can be harsh for you, and honestly, nothing sucks more than having dry feet and dry hands. It would be nice if you did it take on products that work for you when you have dry skin elsewhere. Not only is it helpful, but you could help save someone’s life, and help them save money, especially when they can’t go out and get maintenance done. Besides that, as long as these products continue to work for you, keep up the good work

One of the issue, so many of us question, because it’s been debated so much, is whether you can use copper peptides with Tretinoin (and specifically, on the same note, you use it). Many of us use vitamin C serums in the morning, so we can’t use copper peptides then, and for those of us who use tretinoin at night, there is the question about whether the two can be used together. The initial Doctor Who designed the Patton on this said no. The ordinary also said no, but then they backpedaled and said it was OK. No one really seems to know if it’s OK to use the two together. Initially, there was some question about whether using the two together would deactivate the copper peptides, but apparently, if they’re encapsulated, it’s OK, but you may still experience irritation from using the two products together, which is the only reason I haven’t. I don’t know if you respond to comments as I haven’t seen any replies but I think this is some thing that so many of us Tretinoin users would love to hear you weigh in on…

Don't like argireline or anything that inhibits muscle movement in general. Wouldn't apply that to the entire face, perhaps spot treat in small areas like the frown lines, which i doubt would do anything.

How does this compare to the ordinary buffet with copper peptides? I have to finish those first before I try this. This product is $20 more a bottle.

Will the low pH in the Vit C serum affect the peptide serum? Will it acidic nature of the ascorbic acid destroy or affect the peptide chains in the peptide serum?

    • @natalienetanya7401

She said that the copper peptide in the Maelove peptide serum is surrounded by a liposome which protects it from vitamin C.

This formulation will be fine. However other copper peptides won't be.

You’re referring to peptide hydrolysis. Most peptides seem degrade in acidic environments but this doesn’t relate to layering separate products as it takes days to occur.
Theres studies showing that reducing agents like glutathione (and vitamin c) that can chelate metal ions are able to also separate the copper that’s bound to the peptide in copper tripeptide 1. To will likely reform the complex after and I appreciate the brand so of their own testing, I personally just err on the side of caution as a result since copper peptides are fine with everything else and work great PM.

Is it necessary to use as much as she just did? That seems like about 10 times more than a person needs. I just used this for the first time. I just used maybe 3 drops for my entire face. Just wondering if you are supposed to drown your skin, kinda like you are supposed to do Sunscreen? 🤔
