- A movie tie-in, on a system raft with shovelware trying to make a cheap buck on an established franchise, seems doomed from the beginning. But does The City of Lost Children hide something special under this exterior of cynicism?

Completely unaware of this game until seeing this. I forgot how many games there were like this back then. I never had the patience for them sadly.
Yeah I hadn't heard of it until a twitter friend recommended it to me :) This style of game is very divisive, whether it's moaning at the logic puzzles of games like Broken Sword or that there's no gameplay a la Telltale. I don't really mind either style.
I remember playing this game ..owned it and played it in PS1 and PS2..it was one of the most adventurous hardest games I played back than.
It's got some hard-core pixel hunting, that's for sure!
Rain 2013 PS3 is like a spiritual sequel / successor to this... amazing how similar they are.. For some reason this game just alluded me back then when I was going through my point and click adventure craze.. kinda like a cross between the original Clocktower and a mixture of survival horror and adventure games, anyways nice review, think I'm gonna go buy it and take care of some unfinished business 😁👍wiv luv Shan ❤
This was my first PS1 game. I was 17 .. did not speak english, and i LOVED IT
im not bending down over here theres nothing in my pockets lmao i'll pass on this game and play Myst instead
Saw that movie and I never even remotely imagined there could be a game

It's tricky and flawed, but I loved the atmosphere a lot!
in a demolisher i played it too but i didn't like it i couldn't get past the twins i tried twice and i didn't succeed so i don't recommend the game it's quite annoying and not intuitive it doesn't tell you what to do But just to be clear for the emulator it's ok because you don't have to spend money on something that annoys you that's why i don't buy games because i don't know what games are like and it might be a game that annoys me and son and with the money given and disgusted with the game bought that's why I don't buy games because I don't know how they are in the video it seems like something Ok but when it comes to playing in person only then you see how it is so I'm looking to find free and if I find games that I think are ok for free I try it and see how it is if I like it I play it maybe I buy it if I don't like it then I see what it's about and I don't buy it just like a shirt or a pair of shoes you don't buy before you are sure that it is good for you, you go and try them on and if you can put on the shoes then you buy if not the same with the shirt it can be good to wear but you can't close it in the front you can wear it and close it in face to hand and but not to the neck to be two fingers apart and you can't close it like that with this game and others if you don't try them in person to see how they are Don't buy because you don't know what you're paying for the game developers who sell they should allow without asking you for a card or anything to try for an hour or half an hour to see if you like it If you can handle that game don't pay the money and if you don't like the game you can't play it not to be fun because people put a dime on it and that's like cheating me and saying look it's something good something Ok but when it's to use personally See it's totally different it's not good it's ok no it gives you satisfaction that's why I recommend to search for free and see what it's like I found it Look now let me say half an hour I saw on PS1 rom and I saw that the game is not good it's not intuitive it doesn't help you with suggestions it doesn't help you to point out where to look Where is something interesting or things like that And you have to put in Bathrooms all the time

I know the question is from two years ago but maybe someone is looking and wants to find maybe download from here install download the duck emulator and through it can play that game but I didn't like it at all I couldn't pass from the twins I couldn't understand what I had to do there So that the Gemini would allow me to go out I took the sponge I tried to go out I didn't succeed and then I don't know what the Gemini did and one appeared at the door and I woke up in a room for the second time, still on feline effectively, the game is not intuitive, I do not recommend it for those who do not have nerves to destroy

The atmosphere is quite absorbing!
