As a fellow panel beater I'd say that the majority of us would learn to become good enough to do bare metal repairs... If the money was in jobs to put the time into bare metal repairs. The reality is people just wouldn't want to pay the labor, so we make it affordable with a tight skim over the top 🤷🏻‍♂️
