Does anybody know what type make of hammer is being used as a dolly to knock down the crease as the sill is being pulled out? The plastic wedge being used as a chisel is also handy looking for the same.

Hi Anthony. The hammer is Power-TEC Rubber Faced Hammer (Part number 92081); the wedge is from Laser Tools Trim Removal Wedge Set (Part number 4381).
