My husband and I are GenX - songwriters of current style pop/dance....the Biz side is so intimidating and frustrating to us but we are trying to learn it (before we put out our new stuff) and we need like ultra guidance in this area....we don't even know where to begin sometimes. My husband had been in the recording/creative side since the 90s and now does everything from scratch.. including singing the tracks and putting our songs thru the AI voice software for mostly a female driven vocal. I just write lyrics. We don't have any connections and due to our age, (early 50s) we don't want to use our faces out there, just some cool artwork and probably a psuedo-name. Tbh, we rather have another artist take the songs over but labels and publishers are extremely difficult to please. Anyway I'm so sorry for my long story here. Learning the biz has not been too clear..but we push thru it. Thank you again for all your fantastic advice 😊 👍
