my last car (the car in my avatar) was a 98 s70 t5m... i swapped a RN 2.5t motor into it along with a HRC 20g.. full bolts ons (TBE FMIC METH etc) tuned it myself... until an old man ran a red light and totaled it. trust me it was FAST..... i have been rocking a 06 red/atacama w/ m66 sense then... i love my R.. miss my t5 (way faster).. but when things come around i will likely put my old go fast components on the R.

i have one and love it but you need the spare cash to keep it running , low MPG, clutch slave failure is common and so is angle gear failure on the AWD system , but its worth having , a real sleeper . easier beats any VXR, or the crap the french pass off as fast, beats boxsters and with a few bolt on mods can beat an M3

You might want to look again... because if those seats really are black, and not a very dark blue... you got ripped off.
S60R has 3 colors on the interior, Gobi (very light tan, almost white), Atacama (ORANGE!), and Nordkap (dark blue)
Nord looks almost black in a lot of light, but it's blue. If it really is black, it's a NON R interior...

I love my PRODUCTION S60R!!!
I wish Volvo would learn from racing and change the direction of the S60R geartronic shifter to pull back to go up a gear.
but think it is good investment? clutch failure? but automatic or manual?
what is the minimum drinking? and the maximum? d board computer.
fireproof suit, full face helmet, 3 point seat belt...
any problem with volvo? I decide if I will get one these days or not, but I'm a little afraid because already hearing about some problems ..
Any cars should run good with regular service and proper maintenance.

Considering that statement (if true), I don't believe there's anything unfortunate about it. There is often a price to be paid for unnecessary complications.
