Vergleich mal die aktive und passive Sicherheit sowie die Assistenz- und Infotainmentsysteme … mehr als 4 Zylinder geben heutige CO2-Vorgaben kaum her, 275 PS schafft heute auch eine aufgeladene 2l-Maschine.
Der Passat W8 hat um €42.475 damals so viel gekostet wie heute ein Auto um über €66.907, für einen Passat ist das sehr happig. Heutzutage kostet ein Passat mit 265 PS starkem 2.0L 4-Zylinder aber ab 60-Tausend Euro, für einen nicht-exklusiven Passat noch etwas happiger.

Sauger und auch aufgeladene große Motoren (siehe Mazda CX-60 3.3L Diesel mit 5,2 Liter WLTP, die er auch einfach erreicht) sind effizient, nur leider haben wir einen Downsizing-Wahn mit den meisten Herstellern. Dabei könnten wir es doch so viel schöner haben.

Volvo is by far the most good looking one. I've had the pleasure to drive all three of them and the Volvo S60R was my absolute favorite. Great handling and that Engine is a piece of art!
da schließe ich mich an Habe selber ein passat W8 und kann nicht klagen was das fahren angeht inbegriffen auch Komfort jetzt nach Jahren sind die Werkstatt kosten aber auch nicht mehr so überschaubar aber was sollst :)
Bei mir war es auch so,, seit 2006 bin ich auf dem Volvo umgestiegen, bis heute immer noch Volvo. Es Ist einfach ein Qualitatives Auto, Compfort, Design, Sitzen, Sicherheit, Volvo baut sehr gute Autos.
I have an A6 Quatro. I also have a volvo. I'm getting rid of the A6 and getting an S60-R. I like the handling and general drive train on the A6, but I feel a LOT more solid in the Volvo. It's a car that will take me a half a million miles. Not so sure about that with the Audi.
The quality feel of these Volvos is just fenomenal! If you've ever just shut the door on one of these you know what I'm talking about. They're also very comfortable, not to mention flexible. The Audi is more of an all out rocket saloon (don't get me wrong, I respect that) but the S60 is more of a sensible and practical sedan that you can outrun things with whenever you feel like it. And to the key point, making everything else almost unimportant: Women like Volvos.

my my :) I have owned an Audi A4, Passat B52.5 and a Volvo S60 2.6 T5. (I still own the Passat and the s60) Everything you have mentioned is incorrect in regards to the interior of the passat, it is very bad compared to the S60 so I have no idea what you are talking about there. The Audi A4 I only had for a few months so I can't comment much on it but I could have sworn it was very similar to the passat, if not, slightly more refined / better handling around corners. Experience talking.
@tg72211 The speaker said, that they turned the traction control off (they have to push the button five times). They also said, that the Volvo costs as much as the Audi S4. The Audi is the sportiest, but its expensive (Fuel Consumption, Insurance, Price). The VW has a good price, lower insurance, a well made cockpit but the fuel consumption isnt that good.
Volvo got the best seats / comfort no doubt about it. And thay did not turned of the tracktion control totaly by pressing it "off" it don't get compleatly off by pressing that!!!!!!!!! Just reduced, you have to press it off on off on off to get it 100% off !
Ein etwas komsicher Vergleich. Ist doch klar, dass der Passat am schlechtesten abschneidet, weil er eben "nur" 275PS hat. Ich persönlich finde den Volvo am besten. Nicht nur, dass er eine Klasse höher rangiert, als die beiden Konkurrenten, er sieht auch mit Abstand am besten aus. Eleganz trifft Sportlichkeit. Die anderen Beiden sehen mir zu kolbig aus.

@Jonas92 Du weist, das der Audi ein Sauger V8 hat und der Volvo ein 5 Zylinder Turbo? Der Sauger brauch halt Drehzahl bis er kommt. Der Volvo ist halt Zwangsbeatmet. Also ganz so Langsam ist er rein Theoretisch.

@karlo123qwertz Meiner auch. Aber man hört nicht viel Gutes vom W8. Die Gebrauchtwagenpreise sind OK. Der Spritverbrauch ist mir bei max. 3.000 km im Jahr egal. Nur der Motor soll Probleme machen. Mit einer Motorgarantie für 20.000 km ohne Zeitlimit würde ich einen kaufen.

der passat ist mit sicherheit die beste wahl hier,evtl nicht im verbrauch, aber im komfort.seidenweicher v8, reichlich power,aber eben nur eine limousine, kein aufgeladener sportflitzer wie die beiden anderen

I think they were biased against the Volvo. The interior is much better laid out, and they never even turned the traction control off. The Passat is not a sports sedan. It's just a normal car with a big engine. The Volvo should have been second, if not first for its better price, better comfort factor, better fuel economy, more luxurious interior (I think), and better looks (I think).
Der V70 ist in der Tat ein gutes Auto, zwar mit biederem Design aber dem 215PS Motor mit Allrad würde ich denn auchnoch nehmen. Allerdings ist Volvo nicht gleich besser als Audi oder Opel. Und Skoda lässt sich schonmal garnicht vergleichen MfG
@Alboner123 Thats probably the dumbest thing ive ever read on youtube so far, both of these V8`s are naturally aspirated, the Volvos engine is turbocharged. Remember the Audi RS2 back in the early 90 `s ? Well, that had a 5 cylinder, turbocharged engine as well, with 315 bhp, 15 more than the Volvo over 10 years earlier.

Those were the times when VW killed them all. Especially with this masterpiece, the W8. Its also the most beautiful of these cars in this video.

Volvo einfach TOP bis auf Fahrwerk.. Und die Sitze sind einfach Traum. Verbrauch in der Stadt 13,5L.. Überland sogar unter 8L..

Was fressen die Deutschen. Ca. 20 Liter. Ich fahre meinen Volvo mit 10 Liter und fahre sehr sportlich.

@@AJ-lt7lh Ich fahre mit meinem S4 B5 derzeit mit ca. 330ps 12 Liter sportlich. Im Vergleich zu den V8 um einiges sparsamer und geht besser!
